He was nice enough until we got 1 mile from the destination and informed me that the ride was going to be $45.00! He knew I would be upset. When I asked why he did not inform me of that before I decided to take the ride, he said, "you should have asked"... When I said I assumed he would have told me 10 miles would cost me that much, he said, "when you assume, it makes an ass out of you and me.!!! I will be pursuing this matter with anyone and everyone I can including but not limited to the BBB. It is not the money, this guy does not belong doing business! And, when he reads this, know that I hit the record button on my phone and got the whole conversation.
