I frequent the Keller establishment and have had to use the women's restroom several times as the men's always seem to be either out of order or have people camping out for several minutes. The lady appeared to be management and judging by the way I was approached and treated in front of other customers, she has no business being a manager. I worked at a 7-11 for several years and always treated everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy. A simple sign would've prevented me from even opening the door. It was an innocent mistake on my part, but due to this interaction, I will never return to this location which is unfortunate as I usually spend a good amount of money there filling up my work vehicle and grabbing snacks and drinks for the day.
