It tasted and looked like folded over pappardelle with the consistency of super dense pasta. It was so bad my daughter in law asked for something different and I just didn't eat mine. Eventually she got the chicken parm meatball with spaghetti. We all tried a bite. Again, it was okay but I've tasted better at chain restaurants. And I'm Italian so that's saying something. After we got home, I spoke with Isaac, the manager, about our experience. He was professional, understanding, and genuinely took the time to address our concerns. His excellent customer service made a significant difference, and we truly appreciated the way he handled the situation.
