The experience was 2 stars but I bumped the rating up to 3 because we did find dresses here despite feeling pushed. Another problem was that they never called us when the dresses came in. I just happened to have a bridesmaid that came in a couple months later because she could not do the original date and the dresses were there! I turned to my trusty Yelp and found Sylvia. She was very pleasant to deal with on the phone and I connected my wife with her to set up an appointment. She said she'd be able to meet the three day deadline and asked $40 for the job after meeting with my wife where she explained how she wanted the garment altered. Fast forward to delivery and it just wasn't quite right. Specific alterations my wife had requested weren't done to her satisfaction.. some weren't done at all. I'm no seamstress but I do sew a great deal in my profession. First off the margins were uneven and there was an unnecessary amount of double stitching. I think the main complaint was the color of thread the original designer used was red on a red garment. Sylvia used orange which was unnoticeable in pictures but not to the naked eye. For $40 for the minor alterations requested it should've been flawless or at the very least the instructions of the customer should've been followed to a T and the matching thread color should've been used.

Still had 2 or 3 more with the tags still on, but wasn't allowed to return them. Their policy is exchange only even if tags on and even if within 2 weeks of purchase. I knew there wasn't any other bra that would fit right. So I got stuck with what I had bought no matter what. I've never worn them! This is a really bad policy. I should have been able to get refund for the bras that still had tags on. I'll never shop there again.
