We arrived around 1:30 PM, and there were only two other guests dining at the time. The service wasn't the warmest, but it was efficient and they got every item correct, which I always appreciate. What we ordered: Edamame - 8.5/10 A simple starter, but always a favorite with my kids--they absolutely demolished every last one. Beef Egg Rolls - 9/10 Served hot and fresh with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful filling. The sweet and sour dipping sauce leaned on the sweeter side, but it balanced the savory filling really well. Crab Rangoon - 7.5/10 Exactly what you'd want from a good Rangoon: creamy, crispy, gooey, and packed with flavor. It came with the same sweet and sour sauce, which paired nicely. Seaweed Salad - 6/10 Not my personal favorite, but still enjoyable. It was fresh and crisp with julienned cucumber mixed in, giving it a nice texture. Pan-Fried Beef Potstickers - 5.8/10 The filling was flavorful and had a lot of potential, but the wrapper/dough felt undercooked, making it a bit chewy. Still edible and not bad overall, but definitely could've been better. Pineapple Fried Rice (Combo: Beef, Chicken & Shrimp) - 8.5/10 A very solid dish. The proteins were all cooked well--nothing chewy or dry. The pineapple added a nice sweetness, though it could've been cooked a bit longer since it was slightly colder than the rice. Overall, a really enjoyable plate. Chashu Bun - 8/10 The pork was cooked well--fatty, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth good. The sauce complemented it nicely, and the bun itself was soft and delicate while still holding everything together. My only complaint was that it could've used more than one thin slice of pork. Tonkotsu Ramen - 8.9/10 Very flavorful and one of the highlights of the meal. The noodles tasted fresh and seemed handmade since they weren't uniform in thickness. They were slightly undercooked, but not enough to be a dealbreaker. The chashu pork was tender, and the marinated boiled egg was cooked perfectly. Overall: A solid spot with some standout dishes. While service could've been a bit friendlier and a couple items missed the mark, the freshness and flavor of most dishes made it worth the stop. I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu.
