This is a paid visit (three), and it is not cheap but at least it is guaranteed and warranted if you want insurance or a health check on the expensive trees (but not necessary). They text and or call the same day and the day before to let you know they will be by. Andy was seen on my camera bringing in my newspapers and put my packages neatly on my porch. That was an added touch. I hope he gets a raise because people like that are needed in this world.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company due to its replacement policy and customer service. Even with a green thumb and years of experience caring for plants, almost half of the plants I received did not survive for more than a month. What is disappointing is that the company only offers a replacement or refund within 3 days of receiving the plants. Plants are living things, and sometimes issues do not become apparent immediately. A better policy would allow customers enough time to see whether the plants are truly healthy. For comparison, companies like Costa Farms have a much more customer-friendly return policy, which shows they stand behind the quality of their plants. The person who emailed my daughter today after she reached out for help was also unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience even more disappointing. I truly appreciate the thoughtful gift from my children -- the idea was perfect because they know me so well -- but unfortunately, this company did not live up to the expectations that came with such a special gift.
