Over $1400 later and nothing was diagnosed or treated to the point she was better. Fast forward to today! My little Scooby had to be taken there. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly caring and patient. Dr. Hilty listened, was informative, gave me several options for what was going on. I appreciated him and the staff. If in need again, I would return for any future medical emergency needs. They said they were trying to onboard specialized doctors to be onsite. That would be perfect for the area. Thank you Dr. Hilty and staff.

As scary as the situation was, every member of the team treated us with compassion, kindness, and professionalism from the moment we walked through the door. They took the time to explain Leo's injuries, the surgery he needed, the possible complications, and the financial estimate. Even though we were terrified, we never felt rushed or left in the dark. The surgeon kept us updated, answered every question honestly, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening. During surgery, they found that Leo's intestines had protruded through the torn body wall and were very inflamed, but thankfully they were still healthy enough that they did not need to remove any of his intestines. They carefully checked for leakage, thoroughly cleaned the area because of the dog bite, and successfully repaired the body wall. We are so grateful for the skill and expertise that went into his care. What stood out just as much as their medical expertise was their compassion. Everyone treated Leo with such kindness, and they treated our family with the same care during one of the most stressful experiences we've ever been through. Today, Leo has made a full recovery and is completely back to his usual mischievous self. Our little "tough guy" has officially retired from picking fights with dogs many times his size, and we couldn't be more thankful that this team gave him that chance. They didn't just save our dog--they saved a beloved member of our family. They also saved my daughter's best friend. She would have been absolutely devastated if we had lost him, and because of this incredible team, she still gets to grow up with the little dog she loves so much. Thank you for giving our family more time with Leo. We will never forget your kindness, your honesty, and your incredible care. We recommend this hospital without hesitation. Five stars truly aren't enough.

This is something no one ever wants to do, but if we bring furbabies into our hearts and homes, we'll likely have to do it at some point. The last thing I wanted to do was to traumatize my terminally ill kitty with a car ride to a cold, sterile vet's office (no offense to any vets) like I've had to in the past. After doing research, Dr. Noe was reasonably priced (although that's not necessarily super important in these situations), quick to respond, professional, and compassionate. She clearly explained what would be happening and allowed us to set the pace. Nothing happened until we were ready - including our final goodbye. Even better, when it was finally time to leave, Frankie was placed into a basket and tucked in with a blanket he would've loved. His passing was peaceful, respectful and surrounded by love. **The photo I'm attaching is him before they left. He looks like he's taking a quiet nap and I'm so happy to remember him this way.**

I was feeling like I must be one of those one star folks who had said something wrong in her application, and they were black listing me already. I was pretty deflated. Imagine my delight when I got an email to make an appointment on Friday, and got to head up and meet said dream-pup that same day. We hit it off, so we went to pick up the boss (our other dog), and see what she thought of him. She wasn't impressed, and he was intimidated, but she warmed up to him (defined as "ignored") more quickly than some other dogs she's met. We hung out in the yard for a bit to see how things would unfold, and it went better than we had anticipated. We decided to give it a whirl and bring him home, and are so glad we did. The dogs are totally getting along (after drawing some boundaries at home of course), and starting to play and sleep all cuddled up together. SUCCESS!! Cheryl and Abby were super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. This is a beautiful temporary home for these rescued pups, and the folks working there clearly care so much about them. A million thank yous for helping us add a new little lovebug to the family. Edgar (now Poe) has his forever home!

Cheryl wants to make sure her dogs are going to the home that is the perfect match. She will carefully screen as every rescue should do. I've read some of the 1 star reviews on here. And Cheryl is right, dogs are not ment to spend hours outside. What if it's hot? She is correct and has every right to be concerned where her dogs are placed. We like that the staff understands Jack and are careful not to overwhelm him with too many other dogs all at once. They are taking a careful and tailored approach for Jack, which is exactly what we were hoping for when we started with the daycare program. I met the owner, Wendy, the other day when I picked Jack up from daycare. She was checking in on the dogs and staff. She is kind, caring, and seems to be very knowledgeable about all kinds of dog breeds and behaviors. The office staff also deserves positive feedback, they kindly changed my daycare appointment today at no extra cost when I couldn't make the appointment. It's also the reason for writing this positive review today. Overall, Olivet Kennel is a professional run facility with an online booking system that still feels like a family business that you can trust. The kennel is clean and inviting. So far, we are very happy with their service!

It seems unprofessional to let sick dogs stay there but I guess they just care about money. Also I had prepaid for a daycare package. When I tried to use it they told me that it had expired during the time my dog was sick. I told Stephanie there's no way I could use the prepaid package while my dog was sick. She had not been in contact with any other dogs so I am 100% certain she caught it at Olivet. They never did honor the daycare pass I paid for and told me "sorry but it expired". Seemed odd for them to be so stubborn about a policy after my dog almost died because of them allowing sick dogs to stay there. I paid over $2000 in vet bills because of them and my dog nearly died. You've been warned, proceed with caution.

She was so incredibly understanding and compassionate. She basically held my hand through all the steps I had to go through, that Capone and I had to go through together. She stood by our side for a year. She guided me, emotionally and spiritually. She taught me how to think rationally when making tough decisions, she celebrated our small wins, she talked to me through the darkest of times, all the vet visit, radiation treatments, times filled with tears and guilt. She honored the bond Capone and I have. She helped me stay strong. she taught me to write down what I was feeling, she showed me techniques to get through moments when I would be alone. she constantly checked in and made sure I kept in touch. She held space and even cried with me. And after everything was all said and done, she was still right there, spiritually and emotionally by Capone and my side. She has so much experience with animals both in the veterinary field and as a fur mama herself. I could not have asked for anyone better to be by my side, to share Capone and my journey with. I am forever grateful, and truly honored to have met her. She has a very special gift and an even more beautiful heart. I couldn't recommend her enough. This is exactly what she was born to do.
