We needed a quick service call to have a "professional" remove some older PB plumbing supply lines so that we could meet our homeowners insurance requirements. Sweetwater made it very easy with scheduling and at a price that reflected the small job without overcharging. Terrance was awesome. Responded on time and was very professional. Do not use this company. They do shoddy work and do not honor their warranty. My son is a disabled veteran, and they left polybutylene under his house and did not do work to code running pex through the beams. They left a mess in the crawl space and did not replace the insulation. They did not hook up the washing machine valve correctly, and it ruined my sons floors. now they are denying the water damage claim after they said they would take care of us. There is now mold under the house due to the water damage. They also installed several valves that leaked. Fixed my clogged sink and toilet. Price was higher than I expected but not completely outrageous. And the repairs were done satisfactorily. However they claimed they checked my house water pressure, which I didn't ask for, and said it was very high which could damage my pipes and fixtures. They said it would be $450 to address the issue. I didn't proceed and instead bought a pressure gauge. My pressure is completely normal at 50 psi, normal is 40-60. Very disappointing. read more

I ordered and received it the next day, installing myself saving lots of $$. Recommend them.
