Colby called me and asked about my skin/hair type to figure out the right type of laser for me. The pricing for a touch up was very reasonable. The building was beautiful, the staff were so kind. They allow you privacy to get changed and give you a fancy skirt coverup (I have never been given that at a laser location before and usually have had to get undressed in front of the staff which is awkward). It felt like a spa experience for laser which I have never experienced. They even offer you a drink. I was blown away and would highly highly recommend. My only complaint was I reached out asking if I should shave before a touch up and didn't hear back, and I was in fact supposed to, so there could've been slightly better communication and instructions- but I also didn't follow up or call to ask so that's partially on me. 10/10, definitely go here.

What I didn't anticipate is the level of professionalism I would receive in this clinic. Before I could even make an appointment, the owner spoke with me via telephone answering any questions I might have. A medical history questionnaire was sent to me and was reviewed by the owner, PA Sean Hensler. I actually kept a copy as it was the most extensive, thorough form I ever filled out from any medical professional. When I showed up to the clinic, Sean spent even more time with me, explaining the benefits of this therapy and again, answering any questions I might have had. The package I purchased consisted of 4 appointments that would boost my immune system, detoxify my liver and purify my blood with a perk of anti-aging benefits. A Vitamin C IV drip afterwards was a great enhancement of the benefits from the IV protocol.
