I just showed up and drove the car then left. Evan was so patient with me as I had changed my mind a few times. He walked me through looking at some comparisons and I finally made my choice with the 2026 Lexus RX350 Hybrid. He even helped me with deciding whether to use my old car for a trade in. When I saw I wasn't getting a good trade in amt, he suggested taking it to Carmax for a quote. In the end I went that way since I didn't want to hassle with selling the car on my own. I sold it to Carmax and didn't have to spend time trying to haggle with a buyer. The best part was the new car was delivered to my house and it was quick and painless.
