These guys helped me find and customize my Audi and I could not be more grateful. They took care of all the parts I absolutely hate about having to get a new car and made it so easy for me. I am so happy with how it turned out. The process could not have ran more smoothly and I give all my thanks to these guys and their hard work. This car is everything I have ever dreamed of! Thank you Diamond Auto Connection.

Nick did a fantastic job helping me acquire my 2020 BMW X3M! I've been in the market for one of these cars for a while but it was just outside my price range. With the help of Diamond Auto Connection and Nick's relationship with dealers all over the state, we were able to get this car $200+ a month off what was normally asked! Nick was professional and easy to work with and I will definitely be using him for my next car!

I'd like to start off by saying that I've never had an experience to this level of professionalism and quick customer service. I inquired on purchasing a new Mercedes G550 and due to the rarity of these cars, I went into it knowing how hard it would be let alone to get the car but to not pay thousands of dollars of markup to a local dealer. Zach helped me to find the exact specs I was looking for, metallic midnight blue paint which I still love so much! They also assisted me to getting 1/2 of the markup that the dealer was asking for and assisted me in all of my loan paperwork back and forth to get an approval with the interest rate I was comfortable with. 6 months later, I'm still in love with my car and can confidently refer anyone looking for a new or used car to Diamond Auto Connection. Thank you so much!!

Highly recommend buying a car with Diamond Auto Connection. Nick was responsive and helpful. I got the car I wanted with a substantial discount. The whole process was easy and fast. Thank you so much!

Larry Gootkin at Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks transformed what I had been dreading into a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I made contact and started working with him, Larry was effortlessly amiable, personable, and easy to talk to. From start to finish, he made the entire experience feel relaxed and stress-free. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Larry made the process simple and efficient. One of the things that stood out to me most was a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture. Before I traded in my old car, Larry offered to take pictures of my mom and me with it so that I would have a memory before saying goodbye. Trading in a car that you've had for nearly two decades can be an emotional experience, especially when you have so many memories attached to it. I really appreciated that he took the time to recognize that and help me preserve the moment. Larry also went the extra mile after the sale. He checked in with me the weekend after I purchased my 2022 Nissan Sentra to see how I was enjoying the car. That follow-up showed me that his care for his customers doesn't end once the paperwork is signed. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Larry never made me feel pressured, and his actions showed me that he genuinely cared about me as a person and about making sure I had a positive experience, rather than simply seeing me as another sale. That level of genuine care really set him apart. If you're looking for someone at Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks who will make the car-buying process easy, comfortable, and personal, I would absolutely recommend Larry!

We then met Larry, who assisted us with the EQE we were interested in. He was initially very polite, friendly, and helpful, and our test drive went well. Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly once we decided to move forward with the financing application. At that point, Larry's demeanor seemed to noticeably shift. He appeared irritated and frustrated, and the way he communicated with us made us feel increasingly uncomfortable. For example, when he was requesting information regarding our employment, his response was, "No, I need the exact information." While we completely understand that specific information is required for a credit application, it was the tone and manner in which the questions were being asked that made the interaction uncomfortable. We tried to remain calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process, but it was very apparent to us that something had changed in his attitude. We were there slightly past 8:00 p.m., and we understand that he may have been ready to leave for the evening, but as customers who were seriously considering purchasing a vehicle, we still expected the same level of professionalism throughout the entire transaction. What was especially disappointing is that we genuinely liked the EQE and were prepared to continue with the purchase process. However, because of how uncomfortable the interaction became toward the end, we ultimately decided that we did not want to move forward with the purchase at this dealership. The beginning of our visit was pleasant, but unfortunately, the way the experience ended completely changed our impression. Customer service is extremely important when making a major purchase like a vehicle, and we did not feel comfortable proceeding after that interaction.

Pretty much everything about the experience there was so much better. The 40k mile service is basically a glorified oil change (oil change and new cabin air filter) I was a little early but was still checked in quickly and professionally by Tony prior to my actual appointment time. He clearly informed me of the work to be done and an approximate time it would be done. While waiting in the lounge a technician came in and gave me a spare set of keys he happened to have that fit my brand of roof rack mounts. That was unexpected but cool. The service was done quickly but the best part was that while checking out I was simply told that it was all green lights on my vehicle nothing additional was needed. I was honestly expecting a Jiffy Lube style full court press to add additional services. All in all, great experience.

Go to Galpin or Price. Avoid DCH because of one word: dishonest. And because of a culture that…read moreappears to condone dishonesty. Luis "Lou" Fajardo lied to my face. I brought my Ford Mustang Mach-E to DCH Ford of Westlake for a lease return. Lou told me I could not return it there because, according to him, "In California, you are required to return a leased vehicle to the same dealership where you originally leased it." When I told him that was absolutely not true (Ford Credit told I can take to any dealership), he doubled down -- and got condescending -- telling me this was the third dealership he'd worked at and that he knew the rules. And this wasn't a private conversation. There were three or four other dealership employees in the office with Lou while he was telling me this. They heard the entire exchange and stood by silently. Not one of them corrected him or said, "Actually, that's not the rule." They all watched while a customer was being given false information by someone in management. So I asked Lou a pretty obvious question: If I had leased the car from a Ford dealership in Eureka, California, would I really be required to drive hundreds of miles back to Eureka just to return it? That's when he suddenly pivoted. Now the "California requirement" disappeared, and Lou told me the real problem was that they didn't have room on their lot. He literally told me to go look at the lot because they didn't have space for the car. Even that explanation was bogus. This was a lease return, not me asking DCH Ford to buy my car and permanently add it to their used-car inventory. If the dealership doesn't want to purchase the returned vehicle from Ford Credit, it goes through Ford Credit's normal lease-disposition process. If "we don't have room" had been Lou's answer from the beginning, I would have been frustrated, but at least he would have been straightforward and honest with me. If you don't want to take the lease return, just say it. Don't lie to me about a fake California law to make me go away. That's not just poor customer service. That's an integrity issue. And when several other employees hear it happening and nobody says a word, it raises a much bigger concern about the culture of the dealership -- not just the behavior of one manager. Customers should be able to trust what a dealership manager tells them. If you don't want to accept a lease return, tell the customer the actual reason. Don't invent a California requirement to get them out the door. I can deal with inconvenience. I have a much bigger problem with dishonesty. I've leased a vehicle from Galpin before. I'm interested in Ford's upcoming Fathom EREV. DCH Ford of Westlake - the one in my backyard - will not get my business. If honesty and integrity matter to you when choosing a dealership, I'd seriously consider whether they should get yours.

The people here at BMW treated us with nothing but respect from the very beginning. Other dealerships lost good customers because they ignored us or snubbed us as "less than". All we were looking for was a dealership to treat us with respect and we would make it happen. The men and women here at Rusnak made that happen. Gabe met us at the door with a huge smile and a welcoming presence. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he let us test drive a pre owned m4 competition. The moment we drove it we knew that is what we wanted. We looked at the new inventory and found the exact build we were looking for and it just so happened to be on the lot upstairs. We are now the proud owners of a 2027 BMW M4 Comp Xdrive. Thank you Gabe for the amazing sales experience. Thank you Nancy for the incredible finance experience. And thank you Leo for the great trade in value for our vehicle! We will definitely be coming back here for our next M BMW

I had planned to wait for what should be a 30 minute service, but was informed that because they were backed up and it was so close to lunch, my car wouldn't be ready until at least 2:00. It ended up being closer to 3:00. At least Rusnak paid my Uber transportation home and back. The Service Advisor tried to sell me on two additional services because "they were almost due". Rear brake pads replacement ($327) and Brake fluid flush ($325). I declined both and later verified using my car's computer system that these services were not due for 8,000 miles and 4 months respectively. 8,000 miles is more than I drive IN A YEAR. Rusnak's service department is not what I would call reputable. By offering me a discounted ($120) oil change, they attempted to add on additional services that were not even close to being due. While I've never had a complaint with the actual work done by their service department, beware that they might try to sell you on additional services not needed.

Upon filling out a general inquiry with interest in purchase of a GX 550 on the website, I was contacted by Kimberly Campo, a sales person at the dealership. I explained our interest in the vehicle and what trims and colors we were most interested in. She immediately began offering me vehicles on the lot that were in direct opposition to what I had just stated I wanted. We had already placed a deposit at another dealership, as is standard practice for the GX at this time, but wanted to inquire whether Thousand Oaks had our vehicle already in stock. We are well aware that dealer markups have become standard practice at most dealerships on this model, and while we did not desire to pay any markup, all we requested was transparency. From the initial interaction, the Thousand Oaks website and window stickers do not indicate the markup that is added on the lot. Kimberly made it clear that Thousand Oaks does include a markup on the GX and proceeded to inform me of all the unwanted paint and leather protectants that would get on all of their vehicles. I informed Kimberly that we had placed a deposit at a dealership who proudly sells at MSRP, and that we weren't interested in moving forward with Thousand Oaks at this time. Kimberly contacted me again the following Thursday and told me she had several new allocations including the vehicle that I had expressed interest in (an Overtrail in Earth). It would be arriving the next day. I confirmed with her that there would be markup, which she confirmed at $5,000, and then I asked her what their price would be on that particular vehicle. She took the $79k MSRP for that VIN, added the $5k and informed me it would be $84k. While we hoped to purchase at MSRP, we were tired of waiting on that vehicle, and we set an appointment to come and see her on Saturday prepared to pay that amount. We called on Friday afternoon with availability to come earlier than intended, and Kimberly stated she wanted to ensure the vehicle was still there prior to us driving over from Ventura. She confirmed it was still available at which point she texted me the window sticker at $92k. I immediately called her back and asked how the vehicle price had increased so much from the day before and she informed me that the price she shared was the price before the vehicle hit the ground. This had not been clarified, nor did she insinuate that if I came in to purchase on Thursday I would be saving myself $8K on the vehicle. I told her that we would no longer be coming down, because I found her (and quite possibly all of Lexus Thousand Oaks's practices dishonest and manipulative) to which she happily replied "I'm okay with that". Needless to say, we won't be shopping at Lexus Thousand Oaks now or ever. Regardless, we purchased our Overtrail in Earth on Sunday without a dealer markup, and we are so happy to have supported honest business practices in lieu of this sham.
