Nick did a fantastic job helping me acquire my 2020 BMW X3M! I've been in the market for one of these cars for a while but it was just outside my price range. I'd like to start off by saying that I've never had an experience to this level of professionalism and quick customer service. I inquired on purchasing a new Mercedes G550 and due to the rarity of these cars, I went into it knowing how hard it would be let alone to get the car but to not pay thousands of dollars of markup to a local dealer. Zach helped me to find the exact specs I was looking for, metallic midnight blue paint which I still love so much! They also assisted me to getting 1/2 of the markup that the dealer was asking for and assisted me in all of my loan paperwork back and forth to get an approval with the interest rate I was comfortable with. 6 months later, I'm still in love with my car and can confidently refer anyone looking for a new or used car to Diamond Auto Connection. Came to know about Diamond Auto Connection (DAC) because of my recent experience with Diamond Auto Salon (DAS) -- which, BTW, is incredible -- 5 STAR! DAC has NICK as the main honcho, but I also know him as my charming and knowledgeable Mercedes salesman at Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks. Small world! Apparently, he left there to start this biz with the DAS guys. Very cool! NICK is an outstanding guy! I'll keep my eyes on DAC, and their fabulous inventory of cars, or act as broker to find my next car of my dreams. I really like!! read more

Looking to buy a car? Forget going to multiple dealerships, wasting your precious time sitting there for hours, haggling and settling for what they have on the lot, not what you really wanted. Use a broker instead! I will never ever go to another dealership again after working with Nick at Diamond Auto Connection. Nick made my experience buying a new truck absolutely amazing! DAC found me "The car" that I've been searching for with great value! My beautiful, gorgeous red 2020 E- class Mercedes which I picked up two days ago! Diamond auto connection is so great. They made the hassle of finding me a car so much easier. Nick is so good I don't know why anyone would ever go to a car dealership again. He has helped us with a few cars and I have gone to dealerships to test his prices out. Saved me $200 a month on my Audi and helped my 21 year old with her first purchase. He sold our old car for us AND delivered the new. Diamond Auto Connection is the only way I will ever acquire a car again!!! This was my first time using an auto broker. So I did quite a bit of homework myself. When I put my trust in Nick and let him do the work I had the car beyond my dreams with the payment I could not even come close to on my own delivered to my driveway the same day. Need I say more? Nick made the entire car buying experience as easy as can be! I'll never buy a car on my own again. I actually started off the process on my own, because I had never used a broker before. I quickly found that, much like everything else in life, car buying is also all about who you know. Not only was I not able to get a good deal on my own, I could barely get the sales people to return my calls. My friend recommended I call Nick. She said he had gotten her a great deal on her last 2 cars. Thanks to Nick's connections & insider knowledge of the business, he was able to not only expedite the process, but also save me an extra $70 off my monthly payments. I didn't even have to go into the dealership! The car was delivered to me, along with the documents I needed to sign. My old car was whisked away. They smoothed out issues that arose from dealing with a strict finance company, they found a better lease rate then I did, and the post sale service has been great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to skip the headaches of brokering your own car deal. Have been enjoying my AMG C63s everyday since! He clearly informed me of the work to be done and an approximate time it would be done. While waiting in the lounge a technician came in and gave me a spare set of keys he happened to have that fit my brand of roof rack mounts. That was unexpected but cool. Yesterday morning my tire pressure sensor started blinking, with a warning on the car's monitor saying "tire pressure sensor malfunction, check dealership." I also got a text from this same dealership confirming the issue. Today I brought it in and spoke with a service tech, Marc Pierre, who tried hard to brush it off. This isn't just about him. Every time I've come to this dealership with an issue, whoever I've dealt with has put more effort into being dismissive than into actually helping. I even asked Pierre why this seems to be the general attitude in the service department, and he dismissed that question too. I own two nearly new Lexus vehicles, and I don't recommend this dealership. At this point, I'm not sure I recommend Lexus at all. People with this kind of attitude toward customers don't deserve the business.

That's a risky transaction considering how unreliable these vehicles can be but Mike and the entire crew were phenomenal. I requested to have the car taken to the Land Rover dealership for an inspection that I arranged and they dropped it off as requested without any complications. Couple of issues that I wanted to have addressed and Malibu automotive did those repairs without any arguments. As I was overseas and was planning a trip to the U.S in the summer for the World Cup, I requested they store the car for me which they did for 4 months and maintained it during this time. I flew in and the car was pristine. I mean the car was in perfect condition. I swear this car seemed brand new and did not reflect the mileage it had. Interior and exterior were perfect. Engine bay was like new. Very impressive. The paperwork and all was extremely fast with no delays. We took the car and started preparing for a cross country trip all the way to the DC metro with visits planned throughout the trip. The same night we smelled and saw a lot of smoke coming from the car. We saw a lot of oil leaking from underneath. I called the dealership and they asked me to bring the car in the morning. I brought it in and they quickly diagnosed the problem to be the rear main seal that was leaking oil which was causing the smoke. This is typical range rovers that get parked long. Mike, the manager, mobilized his mechanics and even called the Land Rover dealership to quickly get the part and some tools that were needed. This is usually a job that would take at least 2 days to do since it is in the rear of the engines and requires a lot of parts, including the transmission to be pulled away from the engine. Mike told me that he will push his team to get the job done quickly due to our planned trip. Otherwise it was going to have massive impact on our trip. They gave us a loaner car as I was with my 3 young kids and allowed us to go visit L.A. while they worked on the car. Throughout the repairs they kept us informed of the progress and shared images as they went. At 5pm they called us to come get the car with the repairs complete. We picked up the car and sure enough all was fixed. No more oil leaks following the new part. Drove off and departed for our trip. Not a single issue reported from the car since and we completed our cross country trip without a glitch. Wonderful trip in a great vehicle from a very solid dealership. Highly recommend Malibu Automotive Group. Ask for Mike Lieberman.

The truck has two bent wheels, and two bad front struts . I don't think they're qualified to work on or sell Range Rover's. I can't speak for anything else in the lot because I have not gotten another car from these particular guys, but as far as Range Rover goes, I don't feel they have the proper computers or knowledge of the vehicles to sell them. And if they do, they chose not to fix these items on this car either way these things were not taken care of.

We are so thrilled with the deal and car we got through Diamond Auto Connection. A GORGEOUS 2020 Cadillac XT6 that not only could we never have found on our own, BUT, truly could never have gotten the SWEET DEAL we got on it, either! I was quoted over $700+ from 4 different dealerships before I decided to give Diamond Auto Connection an opportunity to prove what they can do. Boy was I glad I did! They were able to locate me THE EXACT CAR I WANTED, with more upgrades than I was expecting (upgraded BOSE speaker system + Navigation) and for an unreal price that was much less than what the other dealerships were quoting me, period! I was like, where do I sign? Thanks again guys (Nick you are AWESOME!). We truly just couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We will definitely be going with Diamond Auto Connection for our future car deals, as well. These guys don't waste any time finding what you need and they didn't play any games or leave me with any last minute surprises, either. Diamond Auto is "Truly Passionate" about what they do; and their passion is obvious in the absolute quality of what they produce. I've doing what is called Off-Frame Restoration of cars since I was 16 years old. I took junk cars and custom built my cars starting at the frame. In talking with them, seeing their work and experiencing their finish products; it's obviously the passion they have for the work they do and this passion leads to an extremely high level of excellence. If you're looking for a new or even used car, Diamond auto connection is the place to go. Nick and his team are super helpful with finding your dream car at the best price around. They are able to find any make/model/spec at the most affordable prices compared to any other dealers.
