Well let's not sugar coat this. A lot of companies ask their fellow friends to write a good review, give 5 stars, etc. about their company but those companies doesn't pull through with their "customers" aka "friends" reviews right?.. RIGHT! It's just there for show and to lure people in. Let's be honest, not all of us are very knowledgeable with car sales. For the obvious reasons such as we didn't take up "car sales 101" in high school/college. Yes, I don't have a very reputable profile nor am I "Yelper Ceritified" but I do give credit where it's due. Yes, I've known Alex for quite some time now, since middle school to be exact. What I can tell you about his character is that he's a genuine kind person and he brings that character out to his company. Going back to September 2017, I hit Alex up regarding trading in my mom's Toyota Prius. At that time, my aunt had a friend at another dealership who was "trying" to help my mom get the best deal. Pretty much what we were looking for was an upgraded Toyota Prius with all the safety features such as a blind spot sensor, rear cross traffic sensor, the safety sense package, etc. My aunt had let her friend know about this request and so I also let Alex know about what we were looking for. At this time, Alex had told me that he will definitely get a quote for me started and said "I got you bro" Not because we're friends nor that we've known each other for a long time but because he truly cares about his customers. We were pretty much stuck at the dealership because they wanted to give a common courtesy to my aunts' friend and let her work out a deal. I was already in contact with Alex, letting him know what's going on. Sorry bro, I know I got you running around at that time. Fasting forward after the whole back and forth and haggling with the dealership with the whole "is this the best that you can give me?" and in between I kept telling my parents and aunt that we should just go with Alex because I don't like where this is going. My parents were ready to make the deal with the dealership and when I say ready to make the deal, is we were already in the financing office getting ready to sign all the paper works and when I checked the car that they brought out, it wasn't the Prius that we had asked for (shame on them), it didn't have the safety features that we requested and that's when I've had it. I told my parents "let's just go to Alex, I know he'll take care of us and let's leave this crooked stealership." Because that's what they are. They'll try to blind side you and steal your money if they can. At the end of the day, we definitely received a WAY better deal with Alex (like he promised) and the car we wanted is what we received. Answered all our questions with no hesitation. No haggling necessary and handled everything professionally with respect. He even showed us in detail all the safety features that we wanted and even threw in a couple goodies. Thanks again family for taking care of us and making this purchase the easiest car purchase in our lifetime!
