Brad made an appointment to talk with us about mortgages, and he stood us up. Such unprofessional behavior. We texted him three times to let him know that we were waiting in his office, then at a restaurant getting coffee, and within two (2) hours time, Brad did not respond. We even asked someone in his office to text him, as well, but still, there was no response. Why would anyone use Beverly Hills Financial Group when its president makes appointments, and then does not show up, or extend us the simple courtesy of a return text. What a pity. Save yourself time and trouble. Get your home mortgage elsewhere.
