We were supplied ponchos and shoe coverings as well as lockers for our things and even hair nets and accessories. They thought of it all! Melissa explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to our creativity. And when I received an email about an upcoming Among Us event, where kids would play the game digitally and in person, I knew this would be right up his alley. We signed him up. Registration was easy - we signed up online, and they called to confirm. When the day of the event rolled around, we dropped him off and within minutes received an text that read simply, "I'm having a really good time!!!" (Followed by various emojis) At the conclusion of the event, our son could not stop raving about what a good time he had. Code Ninjas called us a few days later and offered us a free coding session. The staff seemed to be running behind on food delivery which ran us over with very little time to do awards as we were rushed out of the party room only to see it sit vacant for the next hour which seemed inconvenient and inconsiderate since the venue was behind ok delivering the food and beverages. The kids definitely enjoyed this facility as it has more activities and multiple rooms to do different activities like dodgeball and they got a private dodgeball among them and a private party but unfortunately the private party had an adult father who was playing hitting our boys in the face and being over aggressive and extremely inappropriate in his actions; and was ultimately removed from the venue due to many parents complaining at how he was harming the children with his actions. The pizza by the slice ordered and paid for separate from the party was cold and tasted as if it were not fresh leaving the guest we brought not willing to eat it. A child was harmed and crying/screaming coming off the swing arm activity and the young staffer literally ignored him and I accompanied the child to seek out finding his parents. All the staff were young, immature and oblivious towards keeping an eye on the kids it seemed and if there was an older more mature manager onsite they were not seen during the visit. The staff were friendly they just seemed under trained for working directly with children. The venue itself is in the busy mall at Sugarloaf and the security or lack of at the front door seemed inadequate for a facility that caters to children and smaller kids could venture out without someone noticing as there is no information desk directly close to it and the door/entry was not monitored or secure for guests coming and going; so it's important parents ensure they keep a good eye on kids so they do not risk being lured away from the venue or establishment.

That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

The person who I spoke with was friendly enough to have a short conversation about how truly unlucky it is to have a Klon pedal die on you. I remember I got weird techno-babble and serious condescension from the Guitar Center employee at North Point when I asked the same question. I've since returned to Town Center Music to get a setup on my acoustic guitar and some strings. Note that, like ANY music shop out there, there's likely going to be a long turn-around time. It never hurts to ask if you need an "emergency setup," but do understand that, unless you are Cliff Burton back from the dead, you aren't special, and they're doing nothing wrong by turning you down. Selection of pedals is above average. Guitars and amp selection is roughly average. I didn't see anything that particularly interested me, but Town Center Music is on top of my list for any guitar-related needs.
