While trampoline parks are common in Georgia Altitude is place filled with fun for kids What makes Altitude different From other places.... Conveniently located In sugar loaf mills mall Roomy and big Kids get to jump with a diverse crowd of other kids ( you can thank Gwinnett county) Gwinnett is known as home To people from many different countries And culture. Not only do they have trampoline jumping They have rock climbing Basketball. All areas were crowded with kids Having the time of their life They have snacks and food So you can order a pizza With sodas And other kid like foods The price to jump is comparable to An adult goin to the movie theater You pay to jump by the hour They have room for hosting Parties, birthday celebrations, Hands down.. If you have a child that has been Stuck indoors... This is the place for them!!! This is heaven for kids I highly recommend it Towards the end of the day Altitude turns out the lights And when it happens You get to listen to tons of kids Scream at the same moment I also noticed more kids Being active jumping around Versus just hanging out on trampolines Once the lights went out As the kids jump We adults wait outside At tables or chairs Or you can join them Btw, they have special socks So your kids Don't have to worry about Slipping and risking injury in traditional socks. They have a 3.00 fee I believe for them Highly recommend this place

No refund for only not following their policy

Be aware there is price difference between what they offer in the site and online. I want to buy only 60 mins jump. I came to the store they immediately said they don't have 60 mins jump only offer for birthday party. I showed them what it says online. They gave finally could charged me for the 60 mins jump. I told them my kids one is 5 up one is 5 below. Online it says 5 and older for 60 min is $19.99 and 5 under is $13.99. They charge both kids for $19.99. I didn't think much at the cash register. After I sited for few mins later I did math in my head the bill seems high and immediately went to cash register for receipt. They keep saying ohhhh yeah this is only for birthday party rate. I told them you could told me to book online. I am happy to do it. Then they came up like oh sometime our online rate and store rate are different. I told them yes I understand that however you could told me just booked online. They offer for store credit or snacks for same value. I told them NO. Either gave me the $6 difference or cancelled the sales and I can rebooked online. They said they can't do refund. I told them there is nothing on the receipt or in the store with writing says no refund after purchase. This worker says oh it says on the wavier unfortunately you didn't read through it. Also told me that they are trying to compromise just I am not taking their deal. They lied and lied. I went back to read the wavier again. It says no such thing. Very shady business.

We had a great time here last night with the kids we spent a hour watching the kids run and play . This was our first time here and it was pretty crowded lots of parties were going on . When you first get here you have to sign a waiver for you and your kid if under 18 it takes 5mins then you have to choose a plan to play for how long and purchase socks the non slip socks or grip socks whatever you call it socks are like $4.50 each . Next time i will bring my own because we were not allowed to wear our own socks we came with cause it was none grip. They had a rock climbing spot, a play area i assume for toddle age kids and a dodgeball room . Next time I would like to stay longer and possibly try food.

My son officially loves it here so I felt it was time to update my review. We got a membership and come a few times a month. Great for exercise and to get some jumping in for the kiddo. Overall, a fun establishment. Thanks guys!

So much fun for the entire family. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and they were packed. I purchased the 1.5hour option and socks for all of us. My kids started out at the play area for the little ones but quickly made their way to the bigger trampoline area. My only complaints are... our pizza order took over 30 mins, lack of staff, and cleanliness of the restrooms.

Great fun with 4 and 6 year old grandsons. Will definitely be back. Am I at 85 characters yet?

I brought my son in on a whim. He's 4. I knew to fill out the waiver before coming in so that saved us time. We were met by a friendly employee who quickly told us our options. The Junior Jumper option seemed the best fit for us, which is one preschool or under aged kiddo for 3 hours for $15ish, one parent jumps free. They do insist that you use their branded socks, HOWEVER they allowed me to swap out some generic grip socks we carry around from some other park- for free. The space was pretty clean and the equipment was in good shape. I observed staff tidying up by wiping surfaces or vacuuming a few times for the little over 2 hours we were there. It's a large facility with plenty to do as far as trampolines, an obstacle course, a zip line, and a play area for the smaller kiddos with tunnels and slides. There were always one or two employees on the trampoline court. Snack options are okay. Mostly chip options but they had whole pizzas or nachos, too. Overall, I was impressed. I'm glad to know this is a local option.

I have to admit, it wasn't nearly as messy as I expected--they provided everything we needed and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. My granddaughter had a blast, and thanks to the wonderful employees, she gives this place 10 stars. And, said "We will definitely be back"!!! For me, it was the perfect stress-relief activity and such a great bonding experience. We went at noon, so it was peaceful and relaxed, which made it even better. The staff was incredibly attentive, giving clear instructions before and after our session. It was also nice to see that they offer event spaces for parties and gatherings. Highly recommend Color Sling for anyone looking for a unique, fun, and memorable experience

There are amazing group deals on their website as well as some more information about the business! Melissa, co-owner, was there the day we went in and she was so so welcoming. We were supplied ponchos and shoe coverings as well as lockers for our things and even hair nets and accessories. They thought of it all! Melissa explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to our creativity. I absolutely loved the fact that we were always checked on as well as our paint and cleaning waters. Melissa would make encouraging comments I needed because I for one am not creative. LOL I absolutely cannot wait to drop by again and bring others because I definitely feel it's a very special little place. The vibe just gives and I'm so grateful to know a place like this exists.

Andretti's in Buford is basically a playground for adults disguised as a sleek entertainment complex. The space feels modern and high-energy, with neon lighting, polished concrete, glowing game zones, and that constant hum of excitement from the arcade floor and track. It's part adrenaline, part date night, and part "we are absolutely children and proud of it." We spent the evening bouncing between arcade games, fully embracing our competitive sides. The ticket machines kept spitting out proof of our triumphs, and after a heroic run of wins, we cashed in for the ultimate symbol of arcade victory: a lava lamp. Nothing strengthens a relationship like carrying a glowing tube of molten nostalgia to the car. The atmosphere is lively without feeling chaotic, making it easy to laugh, play, and celebrate small victories together. Staff were friendly, the games were in great shape, and the entire place runs with the efficiency of somewhere that understands people came to have fun, not stand around waiting. If you're looking for a Valentine's date that swaps candlelight for neon glow and roses for arcade tickets, Andretti's delivers. We left with a lava lamp, sore cheeks from laughing, and the comforting knowledge that our relationship can survive friendly competition.

Never have I seen so many people standing around, walking around, yet so little getting actually getting done. Our server finally came to our table after we've been waiting for 15 min. I ordered everything. Drinks didn't come out so I had to ask the host to order the drinks and he was nice enough to oblige. 30 min goes by. I haven't seen our server anywhere. Completely disappeared. There are tons of orders sitting there under a heat lamp. People looking like they're just waiting. For what? For the food to be ready? Well there it is! People keep coming and going into this employee entrance looking like they're busy doing something important but I wonder what. Finally our server appears to ask "how are we doing"? Huh? What about the food? She says she'll check on it. It was just sitting there under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Now all dried out. Advice to manage: get this place sorted out. Come up with efficient processes to get food out to people ASAP. Dedicated food runners who run our food as soon as it's ready. Something! Oh and the best employee there was the bartender. He was manning the bar AND busing people's tables, getting their checks. Props to him!

When we arrived, there weren't many people there aside from a few younger kids, yet the facility felt disorganized. I didn't notice any active cleaning or organizing taking place, and the two employees at the front desk seemed unfamiliar with the promotions being advertised. It made the check-in process confusing and gave the impression that staff were not well informed (also took away from the time kids could play/were standing around waiting). Later I did notice one employee "cleaning" with gloves on so I thought she was using chemicals or organizing but it was just mostly just dumping all the toys into the shopping cart. The promotion itself ended up being much less of a deal than it appeared online. Overall, the experience left me disappointed, especially considering the cost. I had been considering this venue for a future birthday party for my children, but after seeing how things were run during this visit, I will likely look elsewhere. For the price being charged for these parties, I expected a cleaner, more organized, and better-managed experience. Compared to other local centers, the activities were limited/disorganized. Items were not in the proper places and made play a bit restricted. Nice concept and good deals but hard to compete against neighboring centers.

Which was sad because we were supposed to be there to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. He was excited to try this place out. We drove over an hour to be disappointed. First we walk in an hour after opening on a Sunday, place was empty.......we walk right up to the counter and I tell the girl that I had looked the pricing up online and I knew I wanted to do the 3 race, game card, and k1 membership pass for 3 boys. She gave me a blank stare and then said oh you mean 2 race. Ok. Rude. But ok yeah that. She proceeds to ask the boys had they ever been there before. 1 of my sons friends says yes. So she goes you need to go check him on the computer with a waiver first because he has a membership so you won't pay for that part for him. Here I am thinking oh she is being helpful after being wrong. I smile. We go to computers do the waiver for 1 boy as instructed. We go back to the counter now 2 more groups have come in. We have to wait behind 1 group now since there is only one cashier/check in person although there were at least 5 other staff in the building including a manager. Anyway after we wait for that group to check in. I step back to the counter and THEN she proceeds to tell me oh you didn't do the waiver for the other two. I'm like you told me to do it only for the one that had been here before. So again we step out of line and go BACK to the computers. At this time I'm starting to get annoyed. By this time more people are coming in, so now my boys will have to wait behind several big groups when we arrived before ALL of these people. When I finally get back to the counter.....all boys are checked in. She got RUDE again. And wanted to loudly explain pricing to me and make sure I knew that the boys only got a $10 game card for what I was about to pay. Like VERY loud. I didn't hear her do this with any of the other groups that checked in before us and I hate to say this.......none of them were my complexion. Never once was I rude or matching her volume or tone. We actually walked in that place happy because we were supposed to be celebrating. Well anyway it didn't stop there. Once we got checked no instructions were given on what to do next outside of the girl at the counter giving me my receipt and their game cards. So my boys walked over to where you line up to go on the track and yet another employee was RUDE to them by telling them to back away from the gate and wait for someone to call them. They are EXCITED to be here Jeesh, so then after she yells at them they come over to me saying they not going to let her ruin the joy. They finally get called to race and all the boys are overwhelmed after the employees stopped the cars several time or slowed their speed down all during the race. Then in between their first and second race we went to their "arcade" which only has 12 games......which none of them are less than 40 credits for 1 game. $10 gets you 200 in credits. While one of the boys was in the process of playing a game they got called back for their 2nd race. It was EVEN worse than the first one. We decided to opt out of trying their food and went somewhere else to grab lunch. 0 stars would not recommend.
