my 6-year-old loved this place but me? it was fine I guess... the check-in process is a bit clunky and, when you go at a busy time (as we did), it's damn near impossible to concentrate filling out forms and hearing what the associates are telling you. the jumpy part was nice and seemed to have a lot of variety. and I can imagine it's a bear trying to keep a place like that clean. for the most part it was, but again, I don't recommend going at busy times as it's just hair-on-fire busy. read more

what a crazy busy place!! Unfortunately, several things occurred on our trip with our football team end of year that literally left me in doubt of returning; especially since we do have other alternatives closer to Buford. First up is the check in process for a booked party took forever leaving way less time for the kids to jump and play as they could have used more staff at the front desk to assist in this process. There was fluid spilt all over the concrete floor, no signs and I told 2-3 young staff members and it went for a long time before finally being addressed while many kids almost slipped and fell which could have been a catastrophe or injured someone. The staff seemed to be running behind on food delivery which ran us over with very little time to do awards as we were rushed out of the party room only to see it sit vacant for the next hour which seemed inconvenient and inconsiderate since the venue was behind ok delivering the food and beverages. The kids definitely enjoyed this facility as it has more activities and multiple rooms to do different activities like dodgeball and they got a private dodgeball among them and a private party but unfortunately the private party had an adult father who was playing hitting our boys in the face and being over aggressive and extremely inappropriate in his actions; and was ultimately removed from the venue due to many parents complaining at how he was harming the children with his actions. The pizza by the slice ordered and paid for separate from the party was cold and tasted as if it were not fresh leaving the guest we brought not willing to eat it. A child was harmed and crying/screaming coming off the swing arm activity and the young staffer literally ignored him and I accompanied the child to seek out finding his parents. All the staff were young, immature and oblivious towards keeping an eye on the kids it seemed and if there was an older more mature manager onsite they were not seen during the visit. The staff were friendly they just seemed under trained for working directly with children. The venue itself is in the busy mall at Sugarloaf and the security or lack of at the front door seemed inadequate for a facility that caters to children and smaller kids could venture out without someone noticing as there is no information desk directly close to it and the door/entry was not monitored or secure for guests coming and going; so it's important parents ensure they keep a good eye on kids so they do not risk being lured away from the venue or establishment. read more

Be aware there is price difference between what they offer in the site and online. I want to buy only 60 mins jump. I came to the store they immediately said they don't have 60 mins jump only offer for birthday party. I showed them what it says online. They gave finally could charged me for the 60 mins jump. I told them my kids one is 5 up one is 5 below. Online it says 5 and older for 60 min is $19.99 and 5 under is $13.99. They charge both kids for $19.99. I didn't think much at the cash register. After I sited for few mins later I did math in my head the bill seems high and immediately went to cash register for receipt. They keep saying ohhhh yeah this is only for birthday party rate. I told them you could told me to book online. I am happy to do it. Then they came up like oh sometime our online rate and store rate are different. I told them yes I understand that however you could told me just booked online. They offer for store credit or snacks for same value. I told them NO. Either gave me the $6 difference or cancelled the sales and I can rebooked online. They said they can't do refund. I told them there is nothing on the receipt or in the store with writing says no refund after purchase. This worker says oh it says on the wavier unfortunately you didn't read through it. Also told me that they are trying to compromise just I am not taking their deal. They lied and lied. I went back to read the wavier again. It says no such thing. Very shady business. read more

This place is terrible. Hundreds of jumping kids in middle of summer in Atlanta. Extremely hot. Later I find out from management they turned the ac off purposely to save money. We sweated like crazy and it was unsafe. I also find out 3 months later an unauthorized charge on my account for another deposit that I did not authorize. The explanation was "you forgot to check out, we just caught that." I said no I have my amex statement in front of me and called their fraud department. Both charges for deposit and close out were clearly listed. You guys were paid in full." They are supposed to remove the charge but it is fraud because they are charging my card 3 months later without my authorization. This is fraud and I am beyond infuriated. We had a great time here last night with the kids we spent a hour watching the kids run and play . This was our first time here and it was pretty crowded lots of parties were going on . When you first get here you have to sign a waiver for you and your kid if under 18 it takes 5mins then you have to choose a plan to play for how long and purchase socks the non slip socks or grip socks whatever you call it socks are like $4.50 each . Next time i will bring my own because we were not allowed to wear our own socks we came with cause it was none grip. They had a rock climbing spot, a play area i assume for toddle age kids and a dodgeball room . Next time I would like to stay longer and possibly try food. read more

So much fun for the entire family. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and they were packed. I purchased the 1.5hour option and socks for all of us. My kids started out at the play area for the little ones but quickly made their way to the bigger trampoline area. Fun and clean ! My kids enjoyed themselves . We went on a week day for the Wednesday special.

I brought my son in on a whim. He's 4. I knew to fill out the waiver before coming in so that saved us time. We were met by a friendly employee who quickly told us our options. The Junior Jumper option seemed the best fit for us, which is one preschool or under aged kiddo for 3 hours for $15ish, one parent jumps free. They do insist that you use their branded socks, HOWEVER they allowed me to swap out some generic grip socks we carry around from some other park- for free. The space was pretty clean and the equipment was in good shape. I observed staff tidying up by wiping surfaces or vacuuming a few times for the little over 2 hours we were there. It's a large facility with plenty to do as far as trampolines, an obstacle course, a zip line, and a play area for the smaller kiddos with tunnels and slides. There were always one or two employees on the trampoline court. Snack options are okay. Mostly chip options but they had whole pizzas or nachos, too. Overall, I was impressed. Had my son's birthday here. Hit with hidden fees like a $10 fee for using my card. They forced me to pay a tip when I barely see my host and I waited over 15 minutes for their pizza. The host made my party eat at the two-hour mark when I asked to eat at the 90-minute mark. Requested coke for the party, it the machines were down. For over $500, they could've gone out and purchased two two-literally to keep the customer happy. But the manager and staff are so young and unsupervised, they wouldn't have even thought about it. Dodgeball didn't even last a half hour.This was my second party here. There will not be a third. avoid this place unless you want to be overcharged for barely decent service. read more

If you care about your child's safety, do not go to this place. Boys taller than 1.6 meters are allowed to enter the area meant for small children -- they bully and hurt the little one. Little kid nose was almost injured, and his leg was bruised. We saw what happened but when we reported it, the management claimed they "didn't see it" and even stopped us from asking the older kids any questions. When the older kids' parents arrived, the staff didn't point out their children's wrongdoing and simply let them leave. I have never seen such irresponsible management. Very bad!!! read more

It's worth the one hour cost, because that's all you need to go through every activity. It's overpriced for any child under 2. They don't even offer a discount at all. The male staff didn't even explain the parent pass where I get a sticker to follow my 18 months old around the obstacles. By the time I asked the manager, she only had 10 minutes left of her time. A few weeks ago I would've recommended this place, but now i would not recommend to anyone for any reason. Today my family visited and we're having a good time when my son fell and his knee hit his eyes causing his eye to immediately swell with a terrible black bump on his eye lid. He was screaming in pain and my wife and I immediately took him over to the counter when we were told rudely by the teens working there that they don't have any ice (despite having a kitchen type area). they told us we could leave and go buy ice at one of the vendors inside the mall. I find it completely ridiculous that a bounce place doesn't have a first aid kit to assist with injuries. i understand it bounce at your own risk but DAMN accidents happen and you should be ready. We have been a monthly member for about a year and today was our last day. We are officially done. I will be looking into matters more to see if it is even legal to not have a first aid kit. Oh and by the way check your cameras as none of your staff was watching the kids the hours between 10:30qm-12pm. They were all to busy chatting behind the counters. read more

It was our first time visiting this trampoline park my son discovered not want to leave he said it was one of the best park he ever been to. The staff was very supervising of the kids. I found out anyway and called, "owner" Ben answered super rude unprofessional guy claims that there might be a contract and only way to cancel is to request a cancellation form from him and then fill-in reasoning and submit that form to him! does not matter what employees said and did at that time. Absolutely do not recommend! It's $18 AN HOUR for the short jump, PLUS mandatory $3.50 for their socks PLUS $5 spectator/parent fee PLUS $3.50 for the socks. Zero plans of ever returning and obviously letting fellow parents know about the nickel and dime. Catch Air, Launch, Kids Empire are some awesome other choices that makes more monetary sense. read more
