My daughter has been singing and performing with Jackie for 4+ years all around the world from California (in person) to Korea (zoom). Miss Jackie took my daughter in as an evaluation as a new 5 year old and fell in love with her. Her technique and ability to teach and connect with little ones is so amazing. I don't know how a 5 year old manages to follow and remember everything she says. My daughter self sufficiently trains herself everyday whether it is breathing, warm ups, pitch, ear training, theory, or posture because Miss Jackie said to. Miss Jackie is one with her students and finds ways to unlock their potentials. It's hard to find a teacher that is so in tune with their students and she tries to challenge them to explore their ranges and genres. It's refreshing to hear my daughter sing things from musicals, pop, rock, and even the oldies. She doesn't only teach singing the way the kids will understand, she teaches them how to tell a story with the song in their performances or auditions. My daughter is learning about objectives and audiences to connect to the music to bring the song to life. It's so nice that Miss Jackie works with the parents and helps the kids in anyway she can. Because of Miss Jackie's eye and guidance for the last 4+ years, my daughter has been singing on stage, dabbled commercial/film acting, performed musical theater/plays, and has experience in voice over acting. I think we will be following Jackie forever or at least until my 10 year decides this is not her thing anymore. She will definitely be a lifetime mentor for my daughter.

I left and…read morethen my boyfriend apparently tried out a guitar as he does at other music stores, and the owner kicked him out of the store. I called back today to follow up and see if we could come try out some of the beginner-friendly guitars, the owner berated me unbelievably over the phone, called me a liar, and explicitly said multiple times that I have never stepped foot in his store, which is untrue. Rather than taking accountability for poor customer service and working with us to meet us in the middle, he repeatedly insulted us personally, called us liars, and yelled at me without letting me get a word in for about 10 minutes before hanging up. Maybe if they kept an eye on the front desk, they would've recognized me. This is the first review I've left on the store, but he also accused me of leaving a previous one star review, which was pending and invisible until now. Based on my interaction over the phone, I gathered that he personally stalked my boyfriend's name and information on Google reviews to find out that I am associated with him, connect me to my phone number, and berate me. Absolutely unprofessional and inhumane. He refused to check the cameras and called me a liar, called us immature 10-year-olds , etc., while I calmly explained to him that his behavior was very unprofessional. As professional music teachers and musicians ourselves, my partner and I highly recommend Ken Stanton, Guitar Center, or Music and Arts. This man treated us incredibly hatefully and the quality of his gear is not competitive with other options in the same mall, so you would think he would make up for it with customer service. Do not come here unless you wanna be yelled at and spoken down to, and price-gouged.

It has been so fun to watch my daughter grow in not only her musical abilities but also in her confidence and ability to interact with others Miss Jessica makes you feel comfortable, models the music well, and makes the class so much fun for everyone! She ensures it is a safe environment for all. The music selection is always so much fun, there are new songs each session with no repeats. It's impressive! I am a stay at home mom and my daughter does not have siblings yet so I wanted to make sure she began to socialize with other young children. The music class was just what I was looking for. Parking is no issue with a large private lot. The instructions to get inside the building and to the classroom was relatively simply. We had class today and I was super impressed with how engaging Ms. Jess is. She crawled over to my baby throughout class and really made an effort to engage with her despite my daughter being being seeming unenthused. She was great at keeping everyone engaged and made sure to give each child individual attention. Admittedly, as it was my first class and we started several weeks after everyone else, I felt a little silly dancing around with my baby in my hands. But knowing I signed her up for a music class that would benefit her, however slightly at this age, made it all worth it. I loved all the props and the various stations to clean the instruments that little mouths and sticky hands explored. I am looking forward to next week and the remainder of the sessions we are signed up for!
