The inside is modern, clean, and cheerful. Every staff member I encountered was extremely kind. I was provided updates via the Live Well App and through texting leading up to my appointment with reminders, they had private changing rooms with lockers to lock personal belongings in, and had simple elements like light art on the ceiling to look at when having work done. I have very difficult veins and my nurse did an amazing job getting me prepped with minimal pain and bruising after. Very thankful I chose to come to this site for testing and will make it a point to schedule future tests needed here as I enjoyed my level of care.

After almost three months of round and round phone calls trying to get them to correct the invoice I just gave up, it's pointless. We contacted Good Shepherd Hospital (Barrington, IL) at +1 (847) 842-4460, who informed us that Upright MRI should directly request the results. 3. Immediately after, we called Upright MRI of Deerfield at +1 (847) 291-9321. I spoke with a staff member who confirmed she would email Good Shepherd to request the labs. The attached screenshots show the call timestamps and the text confirmation from Upright MRI's number verifying our communication. 4. Based on that assurance, we believed all pre-appointment requirements were met. On October 13, 2025, upon arrival for the MRI, the staff displayed unprofessional behavior. Without asking for identifying information, one staff member bluntly asked, "Did you do blood work within six weeks?" and stated that Upright MRI "does not and cannot request labs," directly contradicting the earlier conversation and text message confirmation. The interaction left both myself and the client uncomfortable and concerned about the credibility and coordination of the facility

I was able to come in and get a breast ultrasound for something that was bothering me without the stress of getting a script first. The price is unbeatable--$250 for both breasts, whereas other clinics charge double or triple that for just one side. The radiologist is top-tier and made me feel completely at ease. If you want professional results without the typical medical bureaucracy or high costs, this is the place to go.

After completing it at 8:52 am, I saw my spot in line: #5, estimated visit time 10:06 am. One hour, fourteen minutes of waiting in an empty waiting room. They do have a screen showing your place in line and the online app gives you this, too. Receptionist was excellent. Nurse was good except she did some tests that seemed completely unrelated to Dr Rod had excellent interpersonal skills/bedside manner. I actually got seen 22 minutes earlier than the original projection. I drove a mile past NCH immediate care to get here because of its bad reviews and I am so glad I drove the extra mile! Exam rooms are very clean, look new too. Plenty of space and extra seats for parents that bring kids.

I didn't expect to be fit in as this is a very busy facility and I was having several tests done. However, Kyeanna, one of the phenomenal staff worked some magic and got me rescheduled for that day.
