Bad part is my husband needed to be drugged prior to service, so we drugged him for no reason. and now we have to start all over with registation and request new script for Ativan. Drove 50 miles to be rejected at the door. I just called to speak with scheduling manager and got the run around. They said no manager is available to take my call. Being in an MRI is never comfortable by any means and when you are in pain it can be very painful to be in any position too long. It turns out the technician was simply not available both times. When I tried to reschedule, the staff was completely unapologetic and showed zero empathy for my time. They flatly told me I would have to wait another week because the technician went on vacation. It is incredibly irresponsible to run a medical imaging center relying on just one technician who leaves patients stranded with same-day cancellations. Incompetentence reigns here…read more My doctor sent me here for an MRI. I contacted my insurance company who initially approved the procedure. However, Open Advanced MRI was supposed to get final approval before proceeding. Unknown to me they didn't and did the MRI without it. My insurance company refused to pay, so they tried to get me to pay for their incompetence. I told them to go pound sand.
