You're given a QR code to view on your phone (???) and if you want to download images, you must have a microsoft computer and software. Images do not download to Macbook Pro computers and staff is not helpful on a work-around. My doctors keep saying, ".. where's the disc?" .. so medical personnel I am using are not familiar with their "CryptoChart" software! Not sure I would recommend them for these reasons!

Very friendly technicians- especially Ultrasound Tech- Anna. I'm glad that they hired a lady now, and she is fantastic, full of knowledge, and empathy. The mammogram was very easy compared to my previous time done at the hospital. Waiting time literally 6min. New, modern, and clean building. You can get in and out pretty quickly and the staff here is extremely fast and helpful. Plus, if your insurance doesn't fully cover your procedure, it is much less to cover than in hospital test costs. I am always impressed with how fast my appointment is whenever I have come here. Nice bonus having Jarosch Bakery next door too, as you can grab coffee and a pastry after your test.

They have canceled my appointment twice, both times calling me on the very same day of the appointment. To make matters worse, they couldn't even give me a clear reason as to why they had to cancel. It turns out the technician was simply not available both times. When I tried to reschedule, the staff was completely unapologetic and showed zero empathy for my time. They flatly told me I would have to wait another week because the technician went on vacation. It is incredibly irresponsible to run a medical imaging center relying on just one technician who leaves patients stranded with same-day cancellations. If your time or medical care is important to you, I highly recommend going somewhere else.

We waited almost an hour for an appointment, which was quite challenging with a 4 year old who had…read moreto wear a mask during Covid-19. Once Dr. Kramer finally showed up we were in and out in 20 minutes. This was our 2nd time seeing her (1st time at this particular location) for my son's weak ankle after he sprained it a few times last fall and orthotics. She seems knowledgeable (even told me what brand sneakers would be best for him), good with kids (he gladly his mask back on and ipad down for her) and just overall likable. All the other staff we encountered here was also friendly and followed all Covid-19 safety protocols. They were quite busy on this Friday afternoon ( apparently lots of trampoline and scooter incidents occurring right now so be careful), which was likely why the wait was so long. Fortunately, if we continue to stay safe we're in the clear to go back to Dr. Kramer for another year. However, if there was an issue I'd definitely recommend...and bring along an ipad for the kiddo to make any wait more bearable.
