Spaghetti Bolognese. There's not a lot of seating there. Table and chairs are pretty ordinary. Where I sat I had a full view of the kitchen. I wasn't sure if this was a good thing or bad because supposedly the pasta is handmade. It was brought to me and my first thought was how small the portion was. But then I figured I would have no leftovers so no big deal. I took my first flight and it was absolutely delicious. The pasta was cooked just right not too mushy not too well Al denta. And the Bolognese sauce was so meaty. I have to mention that because most places don't make a good Bolognese sauce. This tasted exactly like the kind I make it home, which is thanks to Anne Burrell's recipe. I finished the whole bowl. Here's the downside. That bowl cost me $20. There was no salad nor bread served with this lunch. Just a small bowl of pasta. I know prices have gone up, but that was ridiculous. I'm glad I came and tried it. It was good but it'll be a long time before I go there again because of the pricing.
