Custom olive pepperoni pizza no cheese

Wow, what a treat to have a real Italian spot pop up in our neighborhood. The dining area is charming and clean and the service is friendly and helpful (including when I screwed up at checkout and they had to cancel/re-run the ticket!) The pizza and pasta are legit, with handmade noodles and wood oven fired crusts. The Bosco pizza was outstanding! The portions are large so be prepared to pay for what would normally feed at least 1.5 people. It's high quality but much cheaper than fine dining. Looking forward to adding this to the rotation.

First of all, I love supporting small local businesses and this place definitely hits the spot. The owner I believe is Italian and was so personable. They serve fresh handmade pasta as we were looking for a place similar to Patrizi but closer up north. And Dough it Up definitely hit the spot in terms of a place that is serving handmade pasta that is very well done. You start by ordering at the counter and you can choose which type of pasta and which type of sauce you would like. You can definitely modify the menu to what suits you for example I wanted pasta with tomato sauce, but did not want vegan cheese and they were able to adjust so that I could have handmade fettuccine with tomato sauce and real Parmesan cheese. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. The sauce had a right balance of acidity and sweetness from the basil. The potion size was just right. The tiramisu was also very good as it was not too watery with espresso, even though I did not think it needed the chocolate sauce. The texture of the tiramisu was perfect. My husband got the Bolognese and enjoyed it as well though he thought the Bolognese in bologna was better, but does that surprise anyone? No you can't beat wherever the dish originated from. Can't wait to go back to try more pasta, dishes, and curious to know how the pizza is. Parking is free as it is in a strip mall. Restaurant is on the smaller side so wouldn't recommend it for groups larger than 6.

We happened to find Dough It Up while doing a quick search of what to eat close to Lakeline Park, and what a fortuitous find! We went around 5 PM with just a few other diners around us, but by the time we finished eating the place was packed! So, if you want to beat the rush, come early! Ordering is done at the counter, and then you find your seat and the food is brought to you. I actually sat down first, but the server was nice and walked up to me, explained the process, and provided a menu as well as shared some recommendations. We started with the Real Greek Salad, which was very refreshing and helped provide balance to the carbs but a bit pricy. For appetizers we ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana which for a vegan dish was very impressive as the eggplant was so meaty and the sauce was super delicious, this was actually my favorite thing I had here. For pastas, we ordered the Carbonara which was super creamy and rich. We ordered the red pasta with tomato and basil, and the best part of the dish were the meatballs which were the most tender I've had. All the pasta was cooked more al dente, so definitely a bit chewier but resembled that of what I had in Italy! The Homemade Lasagna was full of deliciously tender layers of pasta, meat, and cheese, also a winner. The things that I'd probably pass on would be the fries and ordering extra focaccia as the bread was a bit dense for me liking...but then again I am no expert. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this meal. We actually talked to the owner who is originally from Italy, and you can tell she really cooks with her heart and taste it in her food. I can't wait to try more of their dishes, especially the pizza as we saw a lot of people picking up pizzas and saw their legit looking pizza oven!

Run, don't walk! This place is seriously amazing! This was honestly our second attempt at eating here because the first time we came by a few weeks ago they were packed with a line out the door and standing room only. Know we know why. This was a great date night spot, but we also saw families sharing meals around large tables. Which were honestly really nice - big table = plenty of room for all the deliciousness they're going to bring you. Fresh pasta in a variety of sauces that were great. I ordered the fettuccini with their chicken pesto, and my hubby got the carbonara with their spaghetti at the recommendation of one of their employees. They did not disappoint. The pesto was rich, the chicken was tender, and the fettuccini was perfectly cooked. The spaghetti was a little more toothsome than what we had imagined, putting it probably just shy of the line of al dente - so maybe that could have cooked a few seconds longer. I didn't mind though! Both dishes were very yummy. My hubby commented that he would have like some Parmesan at the table, but we also never asked for extra, so that's on us. We also ordered a cheese pizza because when we walked in we smelled a pizza that had just arrived at a nearby table and it looked amazing! It was. We said we were going to take some home for our kids...but it didn't make it. We did have some leftovers, and I'm looking forward to a second serving of the tender chicken and creamy pesto with fettuccini. I didn't mind ordering at the counter, and felt like we waited an appropriate amount of time for our food. I'm excited to come back and try more things - I even unabashedly asked other tables what they ordered because everything looked so good. Do yourself a favor and get in here!!

Solid spot that just opened up in the CP Lakeline area for Italian food that nona would approve of! The sweetest owners and crew were very helpful in assisting with our order taking. Dough it up's space is a little cozy and can be a tight fit at peak dinner hours, advise coming early because by the time we finished our meal, folks were hunting down our table and bussing up the dishes we left. You order at counter and then pick a table to sit at after, which I noticed there were several people who were confused and waiting for someone to greet them, but then realized this spot was counter service. The prices are a bit higher than we anticipated but we recognize the labor and effort in terms of quality of dishes and agree that it justifies the costs. We loved the pastas, cooked perfectly. I didn't really feel we should've gotten the garlic bread and fries, and the extra bread we paid for with our pasta dish, made me regret my picks so wish the staff had talked us out of this as this was too much bread for our meal. We enjoyed our meal, and are looking forward to returning for the next time we get to try their pizza :)

Amazing counter service. Our menu items came out at different times. No big deal because it was busy at lunch. Amazing fettuccine! Damn good pizza. Meatballs! Cute and cozy atmosphere. Fresh Parmesan or Romano would be a great addition. I'll be back in a few weeks.

Italian casual restaurant with homemade pasta. Thick noodles with unique homemade style and fresh. Gnocchi was very delicious . If you like gnocchi definitely recommend trying it. The restaurant is small but the staff and vibe is amazing. They have the small family restaurant love built into a casual theme. We will definitely be back

    Cheese bread with truffle oil.

When you walk in the menu is behind the cashier so you need to walk up to the counter to order, it wasn't too busy so we were able to order right away. They have beer, wine and seltzers so I ordered a beer and my wife ordered a white claw along with our food. The food came out quickly and was delicious. You could tell that the noodles on the lasagna were home made, it was melt in the mouth good. Helpful hint, check out the specials, they change out every 15 to 20 days according to the owner.

Where have you been hiding? We've needed a great little pizza and pasta spot in this area for years, and Dough It Up finally delivers exactly what we've been missing. Legit sauce, legit dough, and seriously delicious appetizers -- everything tastes homemade in the best way. We ordered the meatballs and the basil red-sauce pasta, and both were fantastic. The lasagna tastes like true homemade comfort food, and the chicken mushroom white-sauce pasta was honestly to die for. But the standout for me was the Pizza Tommaso -- perfectly balanced, great crust, and full of flavor. This place hits all the marks: cozy, high-quality, and exactly what you want from a neighborhood Italian spot. We'll definitely be back to work our way through the entire menu. Also they have beers on tap and wines from Italy. The service is quick and unbeatable

For dinner, we ordered the fig pizza, which came out perfectly cooked and was absolutely delicious -- definitely something I would order again. One of my friends had the chicken Alfredo and said it was well-seasoned with a good amount of sauce. Her only note was that the full cloves of garlic were a bit overpowering, and she would have preferred them sliced or minced instead. My husband ordered the steak and said it was perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly how he wanted it. I had the branzino, which was good, but I felt it could have used a bit more sauce and salt to really bring out the flavors. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return -- I'd just be interested in trying a different dish next time.

The servers are so friendly, making sure you have everything you need. The food itself was decent. Nothing was bad, but nothing really impressed me either. I would say this is a good spot to visit when you're just craving some quick Italian dishes, especially because the pricing is really decent. But it's not necessarily a spot I would bring others to. I did really like the complimentary bread though. The outside texture kind of reminded me of a pretzel. But the inside was really doughy and soft. The bruschetta balsamico was good too. I've never had it with artichokes though! It wasn't a bad addition, but I kept thinking it was chicken because we didn't really have any protein besides cheese. And then every time I bit into it, I would remember that it was artichoke. But I really liked the arugula salad underneath. We also got the pasta combo with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, thinking everything would be sectioned off with its own melted cheese on top, and we'd be able to try a little bit of each type. So we were kind of surprised when it all came in one pile, and everything was completely covered in cheese. But I liked the red sauce a lot because it was on the sweeter side. It also came with Caesar salad which I liked, since the pasta was heavy.

I understand he did not have an issue with the food he received but at the end of the day it's not what he ordered. So if you're looking to have a nice meal please avoid Mouton's. They do not have standards for good food or service. If you're looking for undercooked food, cold "hot" coffee, slow service while they seemed dead and for the wrong food, then do come here. I understand understaffing and being overwhelmed but that's too many mistakes to overlook for the money you spend trying to feed yourself. If the service lacks or is bad, the food should make up for it. The food should speak for the restaurant itself.
