I had to find another service to open my pool and to fix a situation that was created by Juliano's. I used them to install a new liner and it was completed satisfactorily. When I was able to get them to come out the work was done well. But the lack of communication and difficulty in scheduling service makes them a NOT RECOMMENDED for me.

2 seasons of poor service. My pool was installed in 1980 and serviced by the same company until…read morethey sold and the new owner ended up putting them out of business in 2023. In 2024 I decided to use Juliano's to open my pool and replace the liner which was 13 years old. When I made the arrangements I was asked if I would provide water or I wanted Juliano's to take care of that. I stated if they would use Kleer Water they could make the arrangements for convenience in completing the liner installation. The first thing that went wrong was they broke a connection at the filter when opening the pool. Next the liner has two areas where there are gaps and the worst was they chose to use Bad Bob's for water (a very appropriate name). Bad Bob's price was $75 more per load than Kleer Water making a difference of $300. Bad Bob's reduced their price by $50 per load and Juliano's did give me credit for the other $100. However the real problem is the quality of the water used. It never cleared last year at all. This year there are stains that will not come out of the liner and the water remains so cloudy you can't see the print on the liner at all. I have used the chemicals recommended by Juliano's when I had it tested with no improvement. When they closed the pool in September 2024, they did not use winterizing chemicals which had always been part of closing in the past. 2025 with a whole new set of issues with Juliano's service. When the pool was opened, it was not drafting properly through the skimmer and the the filter would not hold a prime. The filter was installed in 1994 and had a small leak so I decided it was time to replace it thinking that was the issue. When the filter was installed I ended up e-mailing Juliano's main address because I got no response from Lauren in Hebron. The content of that e-mail "The team that did this installation left a great deal to be desired. They left the instruction manual in the open on the steps in the pool area. With the wind we had Friday that documentation could have ended up in the pool. They had to displace some loose stone that was under the old filter and left a fair number of those stones on the lawn area which I cleaned up before my neighbor came up to mow. They did not leave the filter running and I had to prime it to get it going. As it stands now, as long as the pump is running it maintains a prime but as soon as it is unplugged it loses that prime and I have to prime it every day when starting it. This was not an issue until the replacement was installed." I finally went in and when I told Lauren the problems I saw she said they did not relocate the stone that they left on my lawn instead of close to the new filter as part of the installation (it was not their job). The new filter needed to primed daily so I went in and was told they would have to do a line test to find the issue. I OK'd this and the response. They did the test and the results came back "Pressure tested Lost minimal amount of pressure during test Used listening device and found a little noise near manifold towards edge of the deck Left system primed and skimmer open to see if system needs to be primed in the am". The filter has been running without losing the prime since. I was charged $500+ for this test. I believe the issue was the team that installed the filter did not get it primed properly before they left and that was the problem. I have checked and other pool servicing companies do use winterizing chemicals when closing the pool for approximately the same charge as Juliano's. I cannot recommend Juliano's at all when for 43 years my water was crystal clear and had no issues with the service I was provided. In the 2 seasons I have relied on Juliano's I have had nothing but issues and still do not have clear water.

I scheduled my pickup to be undercoated with Fluid Film, which is one of the services that Reliable Auto Center offers. When I arrived, they were prompt in taking my truck in. It was lunchtime, so I wandered across the street to a food truck (trailer, actually) that Troy's wife recommended (my Cubano sandwich was delicious, so I agree with her recommendation). After Troy pulled my truck into the garage and put it on the lift, he actually walked across the street to let me know his thoughts on the truck and the process before they did the work. That impressed me. While I was waiting for my food, the owner of the food trailer told me that he owns a snowplowing service and has known Troy for years, even calling him once at 3 AM when one of his trucks broke down during a storm. Troy came and got him back on the road quickly. Anyway, my truck was ready within an hour. The bill was reasonable and when I inspected the work that was done, I was impressed again. They were careful and thorough. I will definitely go back. In fact, if I lived closer by, I'm pretty certain that I would have Reliable do all the maintenance on my vehicles.
