I am so glad that I followed my long term hygienist Tricia to Apple Blossom Dental…read more 1) always great care, attention to details and genuine concern for my well being. 2) Dr Genevieve Garris is also amazing, in the past 18 months I have had several procedures to fix my teeth. Dr, Garris pays attention to concerns and questions. Answers them thoroughly! The quality of care and attention to details is unmatched! 3) the entire staff is great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The office is clean, bright open and very modern! Well worth the 40 minutes drive for me compared to my previous 10 minute drive to my previous dentist's office. Have been and will continue to recommend Tricia, Dr Garris and Orange Blossom Dental to my family and friends. Marcel Jussaume

I would never treat my patients in the manner I was treated, nor would I allow my staff to do so. Patients have the right to ask questions about their care. When I did, your assistant responded by rolling her eyes, saying, "We have to take this X-ray because we cannot see through a person to see infection," and then stormed out like a child. Shortly after, you entered and mirrored the same dismissive behavior. You didn't examine the site in question but instead tried to pressure me into the X-ray. You nearly ripped the napkin from my chest and gestured for me to leave. As I exited, your assistant mockingly said, "buh bye." We are no longer each other's concern, but future patients deserve to know how they might be treated. I suggest you stop replying defensively on Yelp and start addressing the underlying issue--your approach to patient care. You're welcome.

She's an extraordinary young woman, with a strong understanding of whole-body health. Cecelia has personally developed a beautiful technique with a truly relaxing touch. My massage was equally enjoyable and very relaxing with Keith, who also brings excellent knowledge of the body and works with great care and sensitivity. It's a must to try the red light therapy bed - 15 minutes in one visit and for the first time in many years I left free of pain - remained for 2 days! Oh, and a huge highlight at the Spa is the best yummy natural food "Cafe at Groton Wellness" with chef Arwin. Dr Nordin the owner and creator of Groton Wellness Center is the best of the best as a biological dentist. After years of seeing numerous dentists for chronic discomfort I finally found someone who not only is highly skilled and at the top of her field, but also a genuinely compassionate human being. She's so good that I've met patients who drive hours from northern Vermont for their care. (Hard to believe, I actually fell asleep during an extraction without any sedative!) Obviously I can't say enough positive, as Dr. Nordin's staff truly complete the welcoming experience at Groton Wellness. many thanks. with gratitude ~ Jesse

It is now my go-to lunch spot when I need a delicious sandwich or a cold smoothie for the hot days. Overall service is wonderful and for it only being one person cooking and manning the front it is impressive how quickly I get my order. I will continue going here for myself and would recommend this to anyone with any dietary restrictions or those who just want some REAL food thats healthy!

She did a very thorough job, was very gentle, and was able to get a diagnosis that the doctor we had seen the day before missed and should have caught. Thank you Dr. Morgan!

We were caught off guard, as traumatic, and were given a hasty explanation when it occurred. The follow-up communication was poor and at times argumentative. We switched providers for all our children after this experience and are still dealing with the aftermath. This was not the first negative experience with this practice. We should have switched earlier. Dr Morgan also told us on two occasions "that this has never happened in my career". Read the reviews here on google and on Yelp, and you will see a clear pattern of behavior. We rarely give reviews or complain, but we felt compelled after our experience.

I really wished I had done some research and read reviews before having my young daughter endure…read moresuch a traumatic experience here. Normally I do but trusted our regular dentist's referral for pediatric care. Dr. Bassel Boulos was by far the worst dentist I've ever come in contact with and to think he's working in young kids' mouths daily is frightening. He'll be the reason kids end up having a true phobia of the dentist. My daughter has always done great with cleanings. When she went here for a cavity it was the must rushed thing I had ever seen and they knew it was her first time! There was no easing into the appointment, barely let the numbing gel sit on the gums before jabbing her and then IMMEDIATELY tried to go to work on her tooth while she was still upset and trying to take in the novocaine. I had to ask him to give her a moment to try and calm down. Her treatment didn't happen because she was in such distress due to the rush he was in. Upon getting ready to drive out of their parking lot I saw the doctor rushing along to his car, another sign he wanted to be done for the day. We will be getting a referral elsewhere that actually has the time, patience and compassion. Place was a joke.

OK, so this place has gone downhill since Dr. Collins left. I'm not sure what happened…read more I had an appointment for one of my sons at 10:20 and the other at 11. We arrived five minutes early and were checked in promptly. We then proceeded to watch 6 other patients who arrived after us and had appointments later than ours to be taken before my first son was even take in. When I asked about this, they said the hygienist we were assigned to was running late. It had been 30 minutes and 6 patients, so apparently other hygienists were available. Why weren't we given a different hygienist so we could be seen on time, and folks with later appointments would have gotten seen on time as well? "It's because of COVID". That makes no sense since there were obviously other hygienists available. We've been here an hour now and other patients have come and gone. We're only here for a checkup and cleaning. It's a routine thing. In any case, we won't be back after this, especially given the weak excuses I was given about why 6 others who arrived after us were taken in first.

It wasn't our fault there was a ton of construction. Fine. Even though we live quite a distance away I decided to be compliant and come back another time. The next appointment there was some issue with the doctor that had to leave and they couldn't see us anyway! They said they called me, but I never got a message. So, I'm driving close to 40mins each way (my ex started them here) with my two little kids and no matter what we do we can't seem to get an appointment here!! I understand wanting to be on time, but when people are coming from a distance and need service, you must have your doctors available. And to not even let me know, the doctor wasn't there that's just not ok! I'm sorry these might be the best dentists in the world, but their office staff and professionalism stinks. We will not be back

I would give this practice zero stars if that were possible on Yelp! I still can hardly believe…read morewhat happened. My daughter had been receiving her dental care for her entire life at this practice. She had been getting twice yearly routine check ups, plus all the extras that go with braces, retainers, etc. My daughter is 20 now, and she had an issue come up at a routine check up, which apparently needed to be addressed by an adult dentist. They told her that she had no cavities, everything looked great, and gave us the referral. When we went to see the new dentist, he took one look in her mouth and asked us what the plan was to deal with her cavities. Turns out she had TWELVE cavities!!!!!!!! You read that right--TWELVE!!!!!! After being told just two weeks prior that she had NO cavities! Further, when the new dentist showed me the pictures, even I, who am in no way a dental professional, could tell just from looking that there were several cavities! Even worse than this, was that when I called the dentist from Children's Dental to discuss how this could have possibly happened, she took no responsibility for her very obvious and egregious mistakes, and tried to tell me that the other dentist was just "reading the x-rays differently" from her, and that she was a conservative dentist who didn't like to fill cavities too early, because the fillings would need to be replaced? What?!?!? I might buy that with one or two cavities, but twelve? If we had had this information along the way, my daughter might have been able to take some corrective action, but we had been consistently told that she had no cavities and was doing a good job! The final, horrifying piece is that when I was discussing the treatment plan for all the cavities with the new dentist, he let slip that the dentist from Children's Dental had said, when they spoke by phone (at my request) "How could I have missed these?" A very, very good question. For years, I thought that my daughter was getting appropriate dental care, and I'm gobsmacked to discover that my assumptions were not correct. This practice let me and my daughter down in a pretty unforgiveable way, and then refused to take any responsibility or ownership.
