We also contacted their office regarding cancellation, yet the charges continued. When we later requested a refund for the additional charges made after the original agreement ended, they refused to refund the money. My biggest concern is the way the cancellation and automatic continuation of the membership were handled. If a customer clearly communicates that they want to cancel, the process and any additional requirements should be explained clearly instead of allowing charges to continue. We tried to resolve this directly with management before posting this review, but unfortunately they were unwilling to refund the additional charges. Based on our experience, I recommend that anyone considering a membership read every cancellation and renewal term carefully, get cancellation confirmation in writing, and closely monitor your credit card statements.
