I would go to her for facials every three months or so. One day, I had an appointment with her for my usual facial and she offered to use her new Laser Machine on a few sun spots I had on my nose and on the side of my face. Unfortunately for me, Galit burned my nose and my face. She scared me for life. I called her many times, and she kept telling me to use a face masque she had sold me. But that did not solved the problem. I ended up going to see my dermatologist, and he told me that she had burned my face and there was nothing he could do for me. What's sad about this story is that I never heard from Galit again. She never contacted me again. She didn't even had the courtesy to find out what happened with my face. Galit is a very sweet lady and treats you very professional, but be very careful before you trust her with your face. Galit is not properly trained to use a laser, let alone on your face.

After…read morethe first treatment, I could already see the difference of less and much finer hair coming in. The appointment is super quick and gets less painful with each treatment. If you can only get one area lasered, do your underarms! I used to be self conscious of my underarms because of the dark spots that were there even after I shaved and now they are completely gone. I was a little skeptical about getting my mole removed since it was above my eyebrow but in a couple months you won't even be able to tell it was there! Since it scabs up immediately after the treatment you have to be patient and let it heal on it's own. Reka is fantastic and let's you ask a million questions and has a ton of great suggestions for other products to help with your skin. I also got a facial here which felt wonderful and I left feeling beautiful!

I don't understand why she wouldn't tell me that before I arrived. Anyways I decided to reschedule with her since I was getting such a good deal. She's said I can come on the 29th 3:30pm. I actually arrived early at 3:15pm to be safe. Her phone is off, doors are locked. She texts 15 mins later that she meant 29th of December then she texts again that she actually meant 29th of November. I honestly can't believe how unprofessional she is. She's the only one it seems that does it and she honestly doesn't care at all about her clients whatsoever. She even told me I should try to get my money back from groupon! Does that seem like someone who cares about their business? I have wasted so much time and gas money for this lady who couldn't care less about her clients. Careful going to her, she will waste your time and money. She knows I live a hour away btw and couldn't care less.
