They're open M - S from 10:00a - 6:00p and Sunday from 10:00a - 1:00p.

They say they buy guns, and I brought in a few but they didn't know what one of them was (even though it's stamped into the slide), tried to make it sound like they were all not worth much and lowballed me badly. Like disrespectfully badly lowballed me. I thought he was making a joke. One of the ones I brought was brand new and he offered me 20% of value. I had called ahead (and spoke to Andy) and it was still an absolute waste of time. I have only ever had bad experiences here and with so many better options in the city, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not in a particularly great location on Highland near downtown, the range is older and poorly ventilated, the people behind the counter are purely salesmen and don't seem knowledgeable on what they're selling (or trying to buy) at all, and I think you're just better off going elsewhere to spend your money.

What was interesting this time was the fact that when I was in this morning about 20-30 minutes after opening , an employee entered the store a few minutes after I did and thanked me for my previous reviews.... "You look just your picture on Yelp". Does that make me gun store famous? Infamous? Anyway, I had to drop off something to have some work done and as before the customer service experience was great. I'd also like to comment of their policies and practice of firearms safety. When I came in and explained what I wanted done, the clerk was the one that removed my firearm and verified it was in an empty and safe state . Much more safe than having a random customer pull a firearm out of a case or holster. They have a new computer system that slows down the intake process a bit, but not a problem. Even though you can't take pictures in the store (safety and security) , the store is well laid out, long guns along one wall handguns at the other end of the store. I asked about bulk ammo and was told their prices are comparable to big box stores. Military and LEO discounts on some items, but not repairs and gunsmithing. As always, I appreciate being able to have my items serviced by careful professionals at a fair price.
