Not in a particularly great location on Highland near downtown, the range is older and poorly ventilated, the people behind the counter are purely salesmen and don't seem knowledgeable on what they're selling (or trying to buy) at all, and I think you're just better off going elsewhere to spend your money.

He knows the stock backwards and forwards and what new shoes are on their way. He could tell me how different treads work with the types of terrain I hike and didn't even limit me to what was in the store. At one point, he helped me order a boot from the REI outlet store. When I returned a few weeks later because it wasn't perfect, he kept working with me and eventually found exactly what I needed. Even cooler, Sam remembered working with me previously and was able to pick up right where we left off. Ultimately, I tried on or trained with almost 10 boots and I'm so happy with the results. Thank you, REI, for hiring employees, who know what they're talking about and thank you, Sam and Zack, for your patience and persistence, in helping me find the most comfortable boot for when I hit the trail. Addendum: Elijah helped me choose a lightweight, cold-weather hiking coat. He listened to my needs and matched his knowledge of the inventory with my upcoming and long-term hiking goals. It was nice knowing he used the coats himself and so could give advice about specific features.

Brian was friendly and personable. In previous stores I was uncomfortable, but was fully at ease here. Brian listened to my concerns and needs. He showed me the weapons I was interested in and then suggested several that I was unaware of. He spent about an hour with me explaining features and techniques. I had a blast. I decided that Brian's suggestion felt the most comfortable and purchased my first gun. When I got home I watched YouTube reviews of my purchase. What do you know. The reviews all praised the weapon because of the way it addressed my individual needs. Damn, Brian certainly knows his stuff. Pricing was fair at MSRP. All in all, an excellent experience and I found my gunstore.

Just told my wife after 20 minutes of being ignored to just leave, on my way out I spoke to a young lady about what just happened, said sorry and have a good day???? Really???Not even try to walk me back and maybe correct the situation? Just have a good day? No wonder your store is empty maybe you guys need to re train your people. I work customer service and I cant imagine doing the same thing to any of you. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves
