EoS pushes short-term promos, especially for personal training, but what they don't make clear is how fast those flip into bi‑weekly charges unless you manually cancel. And "manually cancel" means navigating an account system that feels intentionally confusing. They don't outright lie, but they absolutely rely on customers not noticing the fine print. It's extremely hard to monitor your account, and even harder to cancel anything. After dealing with surprise charges and a frustrating, opaque cancellation process, it's obvious they make a lot of money from people who aren't even using the services anymore. Good gym. Bad practices. If you sign up, watch your account like a hawk.

In my confirmation email, the only instruction was to bring my ID, which I reasonably assumed was for identity verification or account setup. However, when I arrived, the front desk associate (Viviana) asked about the address on my ID and, after I explained that I had just moved, told me I would need to go to a different location based on the address listed. I want to be clear--I completely understand if there is a policy requiring proof of local residency for a free trial. That's not the issue. The issue is that this requirement was not communicated beforehand, and more importantly, the way it was handled in person was extremely unprofessional. Viviana had a noticeably dismissive and unfriendly attitude from the start. When I tried to clarify my situation, she spoke over me and did not make any effort to provide clear or respectful communication. After going back and forth, she eventually offered to check with a manager. I agreed and asked her to do so, and when she returned, she said I could work out for the day--but the delivery still felt cold and unwelcoming. I also requested a tour, which she provided very briefly and with minimal effort. She pointed vaguely at different areas without explanation, and I ultimately had to walk the facility on my own to understand what was available. It's unfortunate because the gym itself is great and the other staff members I encountered were kind and welcoming. I still plan on joining because of the location and amenities, but this experience nearly cost you a new member. As a business owner with over 10 years in customer service, I know how much front desk interactions matter--they set the tone for the entire brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because the service I received from Viviana does not reflect the quality of the facility.

You sign up and yes you get your own gloves and wraps. You can go to all the classes they offer. They have classes where you physically use the boxing bag, or you can take an aerobics class that does everything the except physically use the bag. They have kettlebell classes and there's also personal training. You got kids? Bring them, there's a small play area with a tv to keep your kids occupied while you work out. You get a real workout from head to toe. The classes are small and it's better because you get that feeling like you're working with a personal trainer. The instructors go around during class and make sure you are doing the work out right so you don't hurt yourself. The owner Monique is so nice and super sweet. She takes the time to get to know you. She's so active you'll catch her running around the place making sure everything is right and running smooth. Gotta love that. It's family owned, her daughter is the receptionist and she also takes classes there too. Check it out.
