I want to give a huge shoutout to Isaiah. If I end up choosing EOS, I'll make sure he's the one who signs me up. On Monday morning, I visited the EOS in Lake Elsinore and had a pretty shady experience with the sales rep there. For context, I've been a member of UFC Gym since 2018, including when they first opened in Rancho Cucamonga, and one of my favorite features is the cryo chamber. When the rep in Lake Elsinore heard that cryo is what attracts me to a gym, he immediately told me they had it. That alone had me reaching for my wallet. I asked whether it was nitrogen-based or a refrigerated unit and told him I wanted to go see it. I was excited. Instead of showing me anything, he insisted we had to stay up front. He said he wasn't allowed to show me the gym floor or any of the equipment he was talking about -- even though that's literally his job -- and they had someone at the front desk who could've covered him. He kept pushing a 30-minute presentation and wanted me to sign before seeing anything. His attitude and pressure felt completely off, so I decided to walk out. Today, while trying to sign up online, I ran into issues and ended up calling the Redlands location, where I got connected with Isaiah. He was honest, helpful, and straightforward. He also clarified that they don't have a cryo chamber -- only a "cryo lounge," which is nowhere near the same thing. If I had trusted that salesman in Lake Elsinore, I would've been locked into a contract based on false information. Isaiah is truly the man, and I'm grateful he took the time to give me the real details. When I get a chance, I'll go check out the gym for myself and see if it's the right fit. read more

Checked out the EoS in Redlands.... a nice fitness hangout w a pool, sauna, half basketball court, daycare, cinema gym (yes, you can treadmill AND watch a movie at the same time), and a recovery room. My only gripe..... the recovery room only has three massage chairs, one of which is doing its best impersonation of a paperweight (it was broken). And no cryo lounge or shark tank, which is tragic!!! The sauna is more "warm hug" than "inferno," and the wipes stations are playing hard to get (there weren't enough of them). The staff and members were absolute gems!!! Super friendly, and Hector at the front deserves a medal for being welcoming and helpful. Would totally come back when I'm in town.... just maybe bring my own disinfectant wipes and a hotter sauna. read more

Do not get this "Free" trial membership. They get you in for a trial with the offer of 1 free month or the first month for a low price. After I went a few times I realized I didn't want this membership. The staff refused to cancel my "free trial" unless I paid the first month and the annual fee. The trial says it's 1 month, but they charge you the annual fee 2 weeks into the trial. They tell you that you need to cancel two weeks in advance for the cancellation to be valid. I always have been and will be a 24 hour fitness fan. I wanted to see what was different at EOS, but that's super shady. I know it's not all the money in the world, but it's not okay to say "hey sign up free for a month", but they don't mention that you have to cancel in two weeks or you have to pay the annual and the next month fees which can be anywhere from $90-125 in total. So when you get the "free trial" you are FORCED to pay the first month and annual fee unless you cancel the same day you get the trial. Now they email me, and call me a crazy amount of times daily. I don't really care about the money, but if you're going to try this spot just to try it. DO NOT SIGN UP UNLESS YOU ARE FULLY COMMITTED. IF YOU GO WITH A GUEST PASS THEY HAVE A PROCESS WHERE THEY WILL TAKE YOU IN THE BACK DESK AREA TO "REGISTER" then the staff fail to tell you all this part of the monthly and annual fee being required if you basically don't cancel that same day. Tell them no to everything and stick with a guest pass and not sign anything. (Unless you know this is 100% the spot you want to stay at). I just wanted to try it with no crazy commitment since I knew I would most likely stay at 24 hour fitness. IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL LITERALLY AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF THE TRAIL AND SAY YOU WONT MAKE THE PAYMENT THEY WILL THREATEN COLLECTIONS ON YOUR CREDIT. (I have never heard anyone go through this if they cancelled with any other gym). Go to LA Fitness or 24 hour fitness. This issue is not about the money, it's about the process they have. read more

i've been going to this gym for 6 years. i love that it's 24/7 and has so many amenities! the basic membership price is the cheapest in the area but this has one of the best variety of gym equipments that i've seen. they have a hydro massage, saunas, a pool, cycling, movie theatre, bball court, and fitness classes in addition to the weights and cardio. love it! read more

I cancelled within five days three months ago. It's all just lies because they are owned by private equity and all they care about is stealing your money. Not to mention the gym is terrible. I have never been to a gym so crowded in my life. Taliah is fantastic! The gym has plenty of space, lots of amenities, and a nice selection of equipment.

This place keeps deteriorating. Facilities are always dirty no matter the time of day. The staff is burnt out and all act completely indifferent. They don't scan barcodes after 9pm anyone can just walk in front desk is constantly unattended. Age restrictions are not enforced. Equipment is not well maintained. Weights are not re-racked by staff throughout the day, things are constantly scattered on the floor and never in their correct place. Not even taking the parking situation and crowdedness into account. There are additional things that are really wrong with this gym while some of it is out of their control (people not re-racking weights, not wiping down equipment, the sit and scrollers) but it affects your gym going experience. Overall, great gym. I don't feel like I overpaid for what I received. The equipment is good (a couple broken items but nothing crazy). I like the shower layout. The pool is SUPER helpful as well. One thing I'm not of fan of though: For the week or so I've been a member, every time I've entered the showers, they've always been dirty. Every. Single. Time. I just recently signed up for EOS these past couple of months, and have been Wow-ed with the attentive service I received on 2 different occasions with their Team member, Dallas from the Redlands location! I was having problems before with the EOS app just to be scanned in. Dallas was the first person who finally helped solve the issue. Thank goodness! She asked to use my phone and made all the necessary corrections from the Arizona EOS set up to be scan friendly here in California. Again, just to took charge! =) I also had a complimentary locker issue - where my items got stuck. Dallas had me stay focus on my workout, and got my personal items situated by the time I had to leave for work! I am always on the go, and my mental resets are based off having my workouts in-between my Restaurants. It was more than refreshing for Dallas to keep me on track, especially for an old testosterone guy like me who does not like to ask for help. read more

PUSHY SALES STAFF! Came on a 7day pass that they didn't give me lol only gave me a couple days. I told Liz I didn't want to commit at this time, said I would prefer to get a workout in and get a feel for the gym. She left to get me a key card or something or so she said, just to grab another sales person to get me to sign up, who I told the same thing to, I'd like to at least walk the floor and get a workout in. He asked if I would like to go over discounts if I signed up, I said no. He said well I'm gonna show them to you anyway, I don't want you to miss out. Just very pushy, inconsiderate. I came to workout, not be haggled by sales staff. Outside of that, far too busy. Parking is terrible. There are way too many people. Lots of gym bros not working out just taking up space, and girls in there just hanging out like it's a social gathering. If you have a workout split where you are specific with what exercises you do, the order of the exercises, etc.. this is not the gym for you. Felt like a sauna in there with all the sweaty ppl in there. Just no. Hell no actually. Which is a shame bc the equipment seemed pretty nice. Honestly I love this gym, I used to be a member at 24 hr and went on a buddy pass with my friend to Chuze and yet both of us wound up here and we both LOVE it here. It's always pretty clean and well kept other than maybe a few machines that need repairs, even those get fixed rather quickly. But I really want to shout out Khris, he helped my friend and I out with the full body scan and went over the results with us, he was very informative and helpful especially in recommending products for us to try out. read more

I go around 12am - 3am, restrooms are always being cleaned. The cleaning lady always has the individual restroom closed on purpose even if they're done cleaning it. I'm there for 3 hours and she doesn't even focus on cleaning it she just has the sign on the door. And even in the locker rooms feels like there's not much privacy as you can tell from the photo. read more

This guy named Armando was passive aggressive in signing me up that day and kept asking me what's preventing me. I felt cornered and frustrated and decided to leave to go to another gym elsewhere and I told him "Thanks for nothing". He asks me in a confrontational voice, "Say that again!" Which I replied "You heard me" and decided to walk away. Wanted to get my blood pumping thru exercise but not in that manner. I'm giving 5 stars because of Mike & Armando. Mike is always welcoming & greets all his members unlike majority of the front desk people. Everytime I come in if it's not Mike or the Operations Manager then I will most likely not be greeted and more so the employees like to engage in personal conversations instead of greet their members. Not professional and makes me extremely unwelcomed. The front desk associates are the first faces members see. Most of the time the girls and guys working infront pick & choose who to say Hi & bye too which is absurd. Treat everyone equally. This by far the worst EOS I have ever been too. Some of the shower don't work or has low pressure. Some of the locker doors are off. For a good while some of the bathrooms toilets were out of service and they are very dirty. I pay for towel service and 3 times already there where no towels available to use. The staff is great, but the fact that this gym has been not kept up with maintenance. Some of the tile in the showers are crack. The roof leaks when it rains. How is this gym even still able to be open. I have been to Ladera Ranch, Fullerton, Santa Ana, Lake Elsinore, Moreno Valley, Whittier, San Clemente, Oceanside, Riverside and Palm Springs. They are kept up to date and not as dirty as this. This gym makes me want to get a refund for my towel and gym membership. The worst EOS I have even been too. I arrived to the gym around 3am and the men's locker room was closed for cleaning and there was no other restroom to use... no workers to be found to see if there's another restroom, so I had to go pass the cleaning room sign and take a number two or I was gonna go on the gym floor.... To the rude Hispanic lady who told me to get the fuck out because she was cleaning and I explained to her I couldn't hold it and she did not care at all and rushed me out while I was going and kept yelling at me while I was on the can.... I'm not sure how this is my fault, I'm just trying to be nice and not crap on the gym floor and I'm not going to the women's restroom.... This gym is my favorite! It's close to home, convenient, clean and a super friendly and knowledgeable staff! The equipment is top notch and there a large variety of machines to work out on. Even when it's busy it seems there is always something to do. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing options to get your cardio in with and it also has a good size sauna that always works. I don't go to enough gyms where I get to compare and complain. I am grateful other "athletes" will clean after themselves. Yes, I am categorizing myself and including myself in the athletic category. The place is pretty spotless, besides the random gum wrapper in the locker room. I may be lucky but I always find some equipment I can use. Everyone is pretty friendly, even other gym body builders and the cardio goers. I enjoy the movies while exercising, the pool being open for a few laps, and the swimsuit dryer available. I should say terrible things so we don't get more members, but so long as I have access after 7-8pm and I get a spot on my workouts we're good lol Friendly, clean, and welcoming.
