They have classes where you physically use the boxing bag, or you can take an aerobics class that does everything the except physically use the bag. They have kettlebell classes and there's also personal training. You got kids? Bring them, there's a small play area with a tv to keep your kids occupied while you work out. You get a real workout from head to toe. The classes are small and it's better because you get that feeling like you're working with a personal trainer. The instructors go around during class and make sure you are doing the work out right so you don't hurt yourself. The owner Monique is so nice and super sweet. She takes the time to get to know you. She's so active you'll catch her running around the place making sure everything is right and running smooth. Gotta love that. It's family owned, her daughter is the receptionist and she also takes classes there too. Check it out.
