I came across their store front as I was driving by and I'm so grateful that I was able to conduct business with them for my celebration needs. From every point in the transaction I was met with kind and accommodating staff and above all, respect. The person I initially spoke to, Oscar, placed the order for me. He was super friendly and answered my many questions. While securing the order at the store, Miguel, Sr. wrote down my specifics, Miguel, Jr. helped with pictures through text, and his little brother Geovanny helped deliver and pickup the order. DLB appears to be a very unified locally-run family business and their values are apparent in everything they do. A nice feature they also offer is an array of party packages available which include different quantities of chairs, tables, canopies and jumpers. These package deals take the guesswork out of figuring out how many rental pieces are needed and are offered at a discounted rate, sweet! Miguel was prompt in his text responses and promised pick-up and drop-off times, which made my party planning so much easier and less stressful. The delivered rentals were also very clean and free of apparent marks and stains. The set-up was meticulously well-executed and we discussed how the sun sets on my property and which canopy would be best suited for my needs. Israel was incredibly professional and had great communication from the start--he followed up promptly and made sure everything was in place for my event. What truly blew me away was his thoughtfulness. Once he found out it was my grand opening, he actually left and came back with a red carpet and stanchions to elevate the entrance--totally unexpected and such a classy touch! I love that the jumpers are ALWAYS clean. I tend to always go for the slide/jumper combo and the kids go crazy for it. Carlos has a ton of options for both the bouncers and slides and even has a number of themed banners available for themed-parties (hello Kitty, Disney princess, Minecraft, etc) What I love the most about Calderon's Jump is that I can text Carlos at any hour with questions or placing an order and he's on top of it! He's attentive to what you need and even sends you pictures of items you may not be sure about. He accommodates any changes I need to make to the order and he's never been pushy or unprofessional. I also enjoy that it's a family business and that his sons, who are really professional and cordial, do the deliveries and pick-ups. There have been numerous occasions where I'm not able to be present for the pickup and I've trusted them with accessing my backyard, and I've never had problems. They have even called me just to confirm where to place the party rentals. I highly recommend this business!

They responded fairly quickly and without hesitation, I moved forward and sent the $25 deposit fee to book them. They said they would send me my invoice during the week. That should have been a red flag as every vendor I have ever contacted for events usually sends me an invoice right away, but for some reason I didn't think much of it. A week passed and I never received my invoice, so I reached out and asked if they could send me the invoice. No response. I finally decided to send a request through their website, and they immediately messaged me back saying they would send it right away. I waited and 3 days had gone by...still no invoice! At this point it had been three weeks and I still never received an invoice from them. For the client to have to keep trying to get a hold of them for an invoice is very unprofessional and irresponsible as a company. I was over it and started to search for a new vendor. Once I found a new vendor and booked them, I sent a message on Instagram and email on their website letting them know I would no longer need their services. They clearly don't care about following up with clients once booked for an event. I didn't bother asking for a refund on the deposit as they obviously need that $25 more than I did. Thankfully the vendor we ended up using instead, Kiddie Soft Play LLC, worked out great!

They continued to use the excuse that they were in communication with me (as if that's a reason the location would be ok with me not leaving the building at the time I had to be out) anyway........... * in their "booking description" they state and I quote "$75 Security deposit will be returned 2-3 days after event if there is no damages to our equipment" My event was Saturday so do the math, 2-3 days after is Tuesday. Now tell me why do I have to message THEM to remind them to send me my deposit back?.... and they didn't even apologize for being late to send it back. Clearly they never apologize LOL I'm an understanding person, but the fact that this is my money and you're 1. Not saying why you're taking so long to send it back. 2. Not being apologetic about being late 3. Not on it = No thank you. Be on top of your business, that's embarrassing. Not a good look. P.s I finally got my security deposit back at 11:40pm Friday night - 6 days after my event. Take your money elsewhere
