We had a little hiccup from the scheduler who misread our appointment the day prior to our delivery. We initially scheduled for a morning delivery and was told it was changed to the afternoon with less than 24 hour notice. On the day of the delivery, we got a friendly call from the installers that they were coming in the morning which worked better for our schedule! We waited for months for the Copper Charlie and paid for the white glove delivery service, and King Appliance did not disappoint! They hauled away our old stove, capped our gas line, and installed our new stove and stayed back to make sure everything was working perfectly! They even polished some of the smudges to make sure it was perfectly new. They were super friendly and made sure to take extra care on our floors and surrounding area. I highly recommend them for installs and haul away of appliances, and I will reach out to them in the future. read more

We needed to have our Gas Cook-top replaced, and had the new product, but the granite countertop needed to be cut larger and then the cooktop installed. They could come 2 days after I first called, and everything was done in one visit. I can't speak highly enough about these guys! Our stove replacement was not an easy job. It was a very old, very large stove, built into a very old tile island. Finding a replacement that would just drop in was impossible. Eddie came out to inspect, measure, and talk us through our options. He then helped us find a replacement stove and ordered us the custom trim we needed to fit the new stove in the island, so we didn't have to do any renovations to our very "vintage" kitchen. Although I thought the microwave was too heavy for one installer, Rudy arrived and he is strong as a bull. This is like 80 pounds being lifted above shoulder height. He said he has installed more than 35 of this exact microwave. He knew exactly what he was doing and was careful to protect our Wolf range by putting a packing blanket over it to avoid scratches. Eddy and his crew were professional, friendly, and were happy to do whatever was needed. My laundry room flooded and they came the same day to uninstall and move the washer and dryer until repairs are made. When the laundry machines were originally installed by the seller of the appliances, I got nothing but complaints about the difficulty of the installation and had to pay lots of extra charges. KING DID NOT DO THAT! Eddy and his crew faced the challenge pragmatically and didn't mind the extra work and difficulty of uninstalling and moving them. The laundry machines are on a 2' pedestal between two cabinets with no space between them. They have to be lifted down, carried down a few stairs and then around two ninety degree turns. KING completed the move quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully! I will ALWAYS use King from now on for all my appliance installation needs! read more
