My oven had already been worked on twice within the first year warranty, but the company that Home Depot sent was unable to fix the problem after two attempts, even though the oven was new at the time. Nick, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem and fixed it successfully on his first attempt. His work was very efficient and he could not have been more professional, courteous, or pleasant throughout the entire process. The second appliance was my washing machine, which presented a little more of a challenge because the necessary part was difficult to find, but Nick was able to locate the correct part and complete the repair really quickly. The three visits to work on both appliances included the initial evaluations, identifying and obtaining the correct parts, and completing repairs to both appliances. Considering the amount of time Nick spent working, and the fact that three separate visits were required, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable. By today's standards it's worth repeating....the prices were extremely reasonable ! I highly recommend TJ Appliance Repair, and if you have the opportunity, I would recommend asking for Nick. They arranged for a technician to come out to my home within forty-eight hours and would have come sooner if it was not for my busy schedule. The technician was polite, diagnosed the problem quickly, and initiated repair and maintenance all in the same trip. He spent less than an hour performing his duties and was extremely polite, clean, and professional throughout the event. I would say this is some of the best repair service that I have experienced in the area and would recommend this group, with particular emphasis on Alex, the technician who came out to aid me and my family. Excellent experience with Elijah and Nate!…read more I had ordered an LG Washtower washer/dryer combo from Costco. Costco's delivery + installation was a debacle. Had to reschedule since Costco didn't include all the parts and then when they came back after I purchased the parts they then said they had a policy where they wouldn't install it since my condo unit uses a wall drain instead of a floor drain. Anyways, I contacted Elijah at Quickfix. Very quick to respond, and was clear in their communication. Much more personable than the bigger businesses that just feel so impersonal with random technicians. They offered a competitive rate and were able to come the same day to help us install the Washtower. Elijah and Nate were extremely friendly, told me that they didn't need to use all the parts that the previous installer told me to buy, so I will be able to return some items. They moved the machine into the closet, got it hooked up and running, tested it to make sure everything functioned properly, cleaned up and also helped take all the packaging trash out. They also helped put the laundry closet door back on that the previous contractors removed. Just a pleasant experience all around. They were very knowledgeable and they will be who I'll contact for any future appliance repair needs. Discovered that they also have their HVAC license now so that's also great to know. Thank you!
