Because nobody can control the next customer's schedule to walk in or calls from other customers. So you'll never expect them to lock the door, turn off the sign or unplug the phone while they working on a customer unless she is a queen! Why the beef at a massage spa? These people work very hard and try to please every customer. It's obvious that we should be more tolerant of their difficult English and occasional shortcomings. I strongly recommend a course in the Golden Rule.

I even called ahead and asked if I could schedule and they said no just walk in. After the massage I gave a cash tip to the same women who gave me the massage. She points to the sign saying "I gave you a good massage. Good massages deserve 25% tip!" Proceeds to pull out the receipt and hands me a pen to write the difference. I could not believe this. So $70 plus mandatory 25% tip if you plan to go for a hour.
