Dan and Debbie are super sweet. It's more of a mom and pop place so don't expect to be in an out quickly, as there can be a wait. They are appointment only as there are only two of them. Two Black Women walked in and they was refused service and once they left they lock the door!! This was very rude!! Would not recommend

It was mid day Wednesday and they took me in right away. They were kind of empty mainly because the roads were bad. Debbie's husband greeted me and I asked for a service menu. They did not have one and I feel like having a service menu would be helpful on both parts. The work station could use some dusting but overall the place seemed clean. I'm a stickler for details. Deb took her time on me and accommodated to my requests. I hardly get my nails done with an add-on nail so I was kind of picky and skeptical. I got a dip with an add-on nail and I loved the color, length, and shape. The shapes weren't spot on to the T, like you see on Pinterest but very similar. Inconsiderate staff. My husband stopped in for a pedicure, but didn't have an appointment. He was told that they could do it in an hour. He came back in an hour an was instructed to have a seat in the pedicure chair, and put his feet in the foot bath. They filled the foot bath with barely warm water. He sat there completely ignored for 20 minutes while the water and his feet got very cold. He put his shoes on and walked out while the staff continued to ignore him. read more

I've only had my nails done once here which is when I left my first review. While I was paying about to leave I scheduled my next appointment for two weeks later. I had a work trip I was flying out of town for in two weeks and one day later so since I was satisfied with my nail dip manicure I asked her to schedule my next appointment for 6:15pm two weeks later. I watched her write the appointment down in her book and she seemed excited that I was happy enough to want to come back. So, two weeks later I had asked my boss if I could leave fifteen minutes early (if you knew my boss you would know this was a huge deal). When I pulled in the parking lot I kinda thought the storefront of her shop looked a little dark. Yep, she was closed. I've visited Nails R Us twice now. It's a small salon, run by husband and wife team Debi and Dan. Both times I made an appointment ahead of time. This second time, they were really busy. It was a Tuesday morning and Debi and Dan were hopping back and forth between 4 clients. The flow of customers stayed pretty consistent. At one point, they actually turned an walk-in away. Through all of this, my nails look awesome. I even got a special shape-coffin. They have more varieties of dip powder than I have seen anywhere else I have been, and several racks of both traditional and gel polishes. During the pedicure, they open a fresh package of tools for every client, which they give to you to take home with you. This caught my attention given all the concerns about the cleanliness of salons. That alone makes this my new go-to place. If you're in a hurry, I would give them a call to see if they're busy before going in. read more

For about two years this has been the only place I have gotten my pedi! The shop is owned by a couple with three kids, and it truly is a family business. Debbie, the owner, loves to chat with customers she knows and her husband does a great job as well. they take the time to really do a good job, it is very clean in there, and they have a great color selection for polish. It is difficult to get an appointment, so I recommend calling ahead and seeing what time they recommend. They have built a decent enough client base that they really will turn down walk-ins... which is the only real down-side. read more

Great nails (dip) and waxing. Waxing was on point & I was barely pink afterwards- and I'm usually red for hours. The dip looks great. It's true that the owner pushes dip over gel (what we originally wanted) but my friend and I were pleased with the results. Definitely make an appointment. I made an appointment for Monday to get my artificial nails removed because I was experiencing pain in my hands. Set a time & gave my name. Then I got there at 9:30 and her & her husband said they didn't put me down so I have to come back they're booked but I only saw 1 person in there. Every time I go there she is very rude to me. I've been having a hard time finding a reliable and good nail salon (really just a technician). I set an appointment for today. I did run late by a few minutes and was still able to come in. The man was professional and took his time on my pedicure. The women was the complete opposite. She was already behind on an appointment and seemed to rush on that appointment to get to me, as I was waiting. I did discuss to her that I had a phone interview soon and will she be able to do my nails. She said yes, and I trusted her. Then she starts on my nails and of course I could see her rushing. Once it got close to my interview, I had to take the call outside. I did make a decision to reschedule the interview being that I felt she was rushing and it would be a 40 minute interview. I do not blame her for that. I should have asked to come back another time knowing it was getting close to the time of the interview. She proceeds to do my nails. I start to point out inconsistencies in the design I asked. She says she will fix it and has me put my nails in and out the curing light. I then look and start to tell her that it was not looking neat but messy. Many of the issues with the design was uneven color, and the outline not connecting. So imagine the fixing being done but noticeable little spots of lines to connect the outline and paint spots that are darker from filling in missing spots of color. She then states it's because she does not have the brushes for gel to do design and if I didn't like it then she couldn't do it. I told her that I wasn't happy with how my nails were looking. So we agreed to take it off. What I didn't expect from that was that she wasn't going to do my nails at all. Like not even a clear polish, nothing. I left with bare nails. You could obviously tell she was in a rush. Literally 5 minutes after walking out, her and the gentleman were leaving. I wish I would've taken a picture of my nails. In no way am I being a brat or complaining about a little error in line work. My nails looked really bad. Now they are unpolished and still have polish on certain nails. I'm really disappointed in how this appointment ended. I cried from the stress of dealing with this. I've tried to upload photos but it keeps telling me to confirm my email. I have confirmed but still getting same message. Sorry for such a long review. I never do this because it seems overwhelming to do so but today was my last time experiencing unacceptable customer service and not sharing. read more

I LOVE this place. I've been coming here for years and desided to write a review after going to another place with my sister and had a terrible experience. It is run by a husband and wife and they are both amazing!! The husband does most of the pedicures and omg it is sooooo relaxing!!!! The wife does my nails (I get more pedicures than manicures due to my job) and she's always done a fantastic job!!! They are sooooo nice and professional and it's clean! They even gave me some of their fresh home grown tomatoes while I was relaxing getting my pedi. omg!! It was soo good and defietly and extra special touch!! When it's slower they take their time and give me longer massages which is amazballs!!! Even when busy I never felt rushed out. Love this place won't go anywhere else!!! read more
