The one doing my mani-pedi seemed irritated and condescending the entire time. Instead of providing a relaxing experience, he pushed me repeatedly to get gel polish--even after I declined. He even went so far as to ask my friend to convince me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. At one point, he commented that he could "tell I barely get pedicures," which was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, both men spoke in another language, but their body language and tone made it obvious they were talking about us. We also noticed them being dismissive toward other customers--one even returned right after her appointment because her nail chipped, and others walked out due to long wait times. To make matters worse, my manicure left me bleeding. While he did apologize, after four years of experience (as he mentioned), I would expect basic skill and care to prevent that from happening. It also seems like appointments are not prioritized properly, adding to the frustration. With so many other salons in the area, I'd recommend choosing somewhere else that values professionalism, customer comfort, and quality service.

The nail tech who started my service couldn't fix the broken nail so she called another tech over. She put another tip on and it was very obviously crooked. I pointed out that it was crooked, she filled a container with acetone to soak it off and walked away. A second tech arrived to fix the missing nail and I thanked her. The original tech "finished" my nails and charged me $45 dollars for a nail job that looks like my 5 year old granddaughter did it. The techs seemed annoyed and irritated that I wanted to get what they charged me for. I felt like I was overcharged and I absolutely stated that. I did not tip.

Kevin was phenomenal A lady that interacted with me during…read moreservice was questionable and off-putting the same lady interacted with me at checkout who is also questionable and attempted to upchrge me luckily I inquired the price point prior to service. Otherwise I wouldn't have known I was being overcharged and I would've just paid. My nail tech Kevon told me to remain there to allow for my nails to dry. This lady came nearby and inquired if I was getting my toes done and I said yes and then she asked me what I was waiting for as in like why was I still sitting where I was sitting. ( I therefore communicated her to her that she needs to speak to Kevin) because I couldn't fathom being asked why I'm sitting in the police where I'm sitting. At checkout to pay for my services, the same lady then comes and asked me what services I received. I told her yes those are the services I received and then she told me what my total was and I said no my total was something different and then she asked me if that's what my nail tech told me I told her no that's what I was told with the lady that checked me in before I received my services. So then she said OK that is that is my total. (which was puzzling so I further inquired how much is it supposed to be and she said the price that I'm saying is how much it's supposed to be so I'm asking her why was like what is the additional what was the additional money for and then she's like no I have the right price so she couldn't answer why I was being overcharged and with the extra money was for! If you visit here, obviously you need to be sure what things cost before you receive them or like there's no price point list noted anywhere so just that unsavory experience with this lady on two different instances essentially negates the great experience I had with with the nail tech. Quite likely I won't be returning.
