I made an appointment for me and my cousin I showed 5 mins early and we were not actually helped until around 30 mins later very unprofessional. Also I'm gay and have been to nail salons for a very long time. They didn't tell me till the END that it was 15 for gel (which I knew already) but now it was 18 for gel and an additional 15$ for chrome when in order to get chrome you need gel. So in the end just another means to make their money. I haw never paid 33$ for nail polish on it's on not including the actual pedicure! This whole entire transaction including them not being properly staffed was on her. Do not I repeat DO NOT COME HERE there are plenty better salons who give better treatment and prices here in southbend. Royal nails more like peasant nail and slums read more

I would not recommend anyone going here or putting money towards half done services. I showed the photo i wanted to the lady who was going to do my nails, not once did she say she could not do the design or mention she did not feel comfortable in doing so, just pointed and waved me to have a seat in the chair. She did not have the color i wanted so i went with something close fine. She did not cut my nails or prep my cuticles began sanding and rush gluing the tips down. She applied the arcrylic and was tedious on laying it down evenly, i don't know why if she already messed up the base. Once she got to painting and working on the 3D design she was laughing to her self and huffing she had to scrape off and restart multiple times to the point i said fine and suggested lets just paint the design on instead (already been in the chair a little over a hour and a half almost 2 hours) only painted 4 fingers the green tipped ones. She laughed said fine went to go grab a pink color did not ask if it was a color i wanted and began drawing flowers none of which look the same. Asked if i wanted gems on the ring fingers at this point im ready to be done. I say sure and think maybe they'll look less atrocious these are my birthday nails after all. We finish with the gems and i get out of there. I went to get these done the exact day before my birthday. Yesterday was my birthday and today they are already lifting off. I am beyond upset!! Will not be returning. Im hoping you use your better judgement and steer clear from here. read more

Absolutely terrible workmanship on polishing and callous removal. They Rush so much they don't tend to the details. Returned to correct gel that was not dry and smeared. Instead of doing it over, technician applied polish on top. And it was not the sane color. Can't trust that failure to be accountable. Shame on them for this behavior. Will never return! If I could give less than one star I would. read more

This is a clean, spacious business with multiple nail technicians. I would rate 5 stars, except for the fact that I had made appts for my daughter and me for the same time to share the activity. We arrived before our appt.and I was immediately shown to a chair while my daughter had to wait until about 10 minutes past her appt. time. Since we don't often get a chance to relax together, I was disappointed. Otherwise, we both enjoyed the servi es and were pleased with the results. read more

People were nice but few understood English and the finished product i received was not what I wanted (slightly different color than toes, cut was too short, finger nail tips are too light and will wear off before time to redo). service was amazing! I usually get my nails done just on occasion because it's so expensive and I'm always nitpicky about them so I don't get it done as often as I'd like and they were so amazing. The gentleman who did my nails was so precise with the shape and taking time to make sure I loved the length, shape, and color of my nails through every step. The salon was beautiful on the inside with good vibes and good music. Also a full set of acrylics with gel only cost $65 and i've gone places where a full set just with regular nail polish is $90 and they turn out bad!
