I went back in today and ask that they fix my nails because the polish was just too thick. They did with no charge. The nail tech who started my service couldn't fix the broken nail so she called another tech over. She put another tip on and it was very obviously crooked. I pointed out that it was crooked, she filled a container with acetone to soak it off and walked away. A second tech arrived to fix the missing nail and I thanked her. The original tech "finished" my nails and charged me $45 dollars for a nail job that looks like my 5 year old granddaughter did it.
