I did a interior detail and a wash and wax, my car came out looking amazing they took their time and got all small areas. Even took the time too go deep one wheel wells. Extremely happy with the service and great value.

I've gotten my other vehicle detailed here before (interior) and they did an incredible job! I took my newer car to get an exterior car wash because it rained recently. They did a pretty good job but I was disappointed to see this black liquid splatter on the sides of my car. Overall, I still would come back but I'd probably need to inspect the car before leaving (which I feel bad about) but I just wanna ensure the car was completely wiped down.

I've been going to King Auto for 2 years. I love the detailing. I recently had them clean my headlights cause I notice it's been hard for me to see the lights -- not only did they turn the yellow to clear but my Camry looks brand new!!! Also, they were really flexible for me. My car couldn't start cause my battery died - thankfully they allowed me to reschedule after AAA helped me out. I highly recommend them!

My car had dried white paint splatter all over the front end which must have been kicked up from the street. The hood, fenders, and side mirrors were covered in paint spots. I didn't know if this could be taken care of without damaging the finish, but King Auto stepped up and did an amazing job. I was surprised how spotless the finish was after the detail. They even detailed the inside and rest of the car for a very low additional fee. I couldn't be happier and will use them again!

New dent/scratch that was not there prior to wash.

My first time here and I was super excited to get my car cleaned and detailed for the first time. I paid $340 (before taxes) in total for the "Interior Super Clean & Wash (Supreme Wash)" and "Clay & Wax" Service. Was super happy my car was cleaned, BUT I did not think the price matched the service and on top of that my car was damaged. I tried to go back to the location half an hour later realizing this and they were CLOSED. I tried to give them a call, but there is no voicemail message option available. I sent out an email and I am hoping for a response back. But at this point I am FURIOUS that the rubber edge protection on my door on the driver side was removed to the point where it left scratches to have it taken off. The interior was not fully cleaned. I will post some images regarding the spots they missed. The outside Wash had potential and the car is noticeablely cleaner but the wax was not properly wiped or cleaned and there are streaks. On top of the rubber protection of my door was removed. Pictures are posted as well, one with passenger rubber on door and then driver door without it. This is a car wash that's over $300. It definitely did not meet any expectations. I would highly suggest you find somewhere else to go.

Took both our Jeep Wranglers in for full interior detail and exterior clay wax after multiple off-roading trips up the Eastern Sierras. One is a 4 door Unlimited hardtop, and the other a 2 door soft top. Both came out like new vehicles - even with off-roading pin striping all over the exterior, a good detail like they do at King's, can help keep the body paint, raw plastic Jeep bumpers, and the interiors protected from all the elements, dirt, mud, and rocks. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job with the premium tinted soft top - ask about weather protection and they have a solution to keep that top protected. Also knows how to handle soft top windows - got them perfectly clean and clear again. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time to give your detail the time it needs, and we cannot thank Rey and Jose and the crew enough for the outstanding work and service. I'm pretty neutral about this place, the guys there are very courteous Jose and his dad are very informative and patient. My 3 star rating is due to the fact that they left a lot of dried up wax around the side of my car, the spacing between the roof and the front and rear windshields, under the door handles, the area between the engine and the front windshield and around the side view mirrors. My car paint was pretty messed up and they did the best they could which I do appreciate but if you pay a few hundred dollars the last thing you want to do is have to clean it yourself shortly after because they missed these details. read more

Jose and his team did an amazing job on my Mazda3 sedan. My new apt parking lot flooded during a storm and caused water to pool at the bottom of my car. Jose answered my call, answered all my questions and provided me with a price point, and they took me in within 30 minutes. The job took a couple of hours since I got the full interior detailing and ozone service. My car was incredibly shiny, clean, and dry! They did a great job getting out all of the water and making sure it was dry in order to avoid mildew. I am very happy with their service and will be back! read more

I brought my Winnebago class C RV here to get it detailed. It was perfect and far more than I expected. I had road paint on the wheel well and also on the body near the wheel which they were able to remove. I also had quite a bit of tree scratches near the roof which they were able to completely remove. My RV look like I just took it of the showroom. read more

I've been looking for weeks for a place to get my car washed. There's so many reviews for places that have damaged cars or just don't do a good job. THIS PLACE IS NOT ONE OF THEM! THIS BUSINESS IS GREAT! I got a regular car wash for $30. My car looks so clean. The inside is very clean too, not detailed, but very clean and vacuumed. Like it is so clean, that I think next time I want to do interior wash just so i can be even more impressed. Even my cup holders were clean and that's a huge deal to me lol Jose was the one who helped me make my appointment over the phone and check me in and out. He was so nice and friendly. Asked if I was going to wait for my car or just pick it up later. I dropped it off around 11am and I picked it up around 130pm so it was a good enough time to run some errands. Here's some tips that I have: 1. call and make an appointment 2. they accept Venmo or CashApp! or you can use your credit card for $1 fee 3. have someone drop you off so that you can run errands and not be waiting for so long Thank you guys for the great service! I'm already recommending you to my friends and scheduling one of my other cars to be serviced! you're great! read more

They did an outstanding job detailing my teenage son's Honda. At first I thought $200 was pricey but when I looked inside the car it looks brand new, the cloth & vinyl seats are completely clean and literally look like they're factory fresh. Highly recommend this place. read more

i've had some pretty bad experiences with other car wash/detailing places, but king auto detailing is the truth y'all. trust the 5 stars this place has! i usually wash my own car when the weather is nicer, but i'll go get my car washed/detailed when it's dirtier inside and out. i've been here a few times now and every time my car comes back spotless. they always do an incredible job and i know i can put my trust in their hands. i think i just may come back every month because they do a way better job than me lol one last thing: i do want to echo what the other reviewers say - the waiting area doesn't have much shade (esp on a hot morning like today) but there is plenty of seating. just come prepared with some entertainment (earphones, etc) and perhaps a cold drink to keep you cool! read more

First time here and I was lucky I didn't have to wait a lot of time. I really like the time they took on my car, no pressure, no rushing and the final product came out really nice and shining. Really easy to make appointments through their portal and pricing are very transparent. However, make sure you check the interior of the cars since I had to ask them to vacuum the floors once again. Other than that, everything was great. They have 4-5 workers washing your car at the same time so you don't end up waiting more than 30 mins. It was nice to have the car back in less than 30 mins (even with the re vacuum) since hand washes usually take a lot longer. read more

I purchased a used driver's seat for my truck from an auto recycling place in Sun Valley. The seat was still bolted into the truck, sitting in the sun, and although it only had 30,000 miles and was in good overall condition, it was COOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVERED in a layer of dust & dirt. I called a couple detail & auto cleaning shops, who said they wouldn't clean just one single seat, before I stumbled upon these guys who said sure, bring it by! Came in the next morning, and they were friendly, professional, and offered a reasonable price to clean the seat, and would even have it ready early the next day. When I came in the following morning, the seat looked worlds better than it did when i dropped it off. Overall I'm very satisfied with King Auto Detailing, and may even bring my truck here for a full blown detail when it needs it. Pros: Efficient & quick Reasonable pricing Clean garage/shop (at least the area that I could see) Friendly & professional Cons: None so far! read more

Beat customer service of any car wash in the valley. I came in for a regular wash and Armando was able to work with my budget and include more services for a great deal. My car looks like it's brand new from the dealer. They did a regular wash and included a wax sealant for extra protection. I have a black car which is notorious for getting swirl marks. Almost all of it was gone just from their wax/sealant. At the end of the wash there was some sap that was still not able to be removed. Armando, jose , and ray still came out and put some time in to remove it. Definitely recommend. read more

I was always the type to go to my local corner hand wash car places the days they had their deals for "11.99" but I think if you want quality service then you gotta pay what it's worth and these guys are great. I had bad experiences w a couple of the "usual places" I took my car to get washed and I wanted something reliable. I have a black Honda and i really wanted an interior detail service and a reliable car wash, especially with a black car. I came across King Auto detailing. They responded quick and I stopped by for a quote and soon enough it was done. It's a family owned business, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jose and Armando and they did a great job. Jose was very honest about what would be needed to get the car to the best that it could look. I needed water damage repair. I'm glad I went with this place because they made my car look amazing. I visited them yesterday to get a quote to do a complete detailing. Jose and Rey were both very patient to explain the breakdown of the cost and the work needed to be done. They also worked with me to give me the best price. They have done an amazing job and the car looks amazing in and out. My car had an oil leak and my mechanic told me to get the underbody steam cleaned so he could find the leak easier. I called around and King Auto Detailing was the only shop equipped to do it. I took my Honda Civic to get detailed interior and exterior due to it sitting for a long time and dirt occurred where I couldn't reach it. With the amount I paid for ($240) and the five hours it took, I would've hoped that it looked brand new. There was still dirt and spiderwebs on my car and that's fine cause I cleaned it myself but I got quoted $140 and I knew the price was gonna go higher but I wish it was more of a thorough wash. read more

First of all, I have read the low stars rating with this business. If this your first time and you are planning to bring you car with these guys make sure you know and tell them well what you really want to get done in your car before you start mumbling non-sense! I have been going to this place for months already and I do not have anything negative to say to Jose and his guys. Everytime, I bring my car to them I always get the results that I wanted and I always feel that they treat my car as if it theirs if you know what I mean! That alone tells you about these guys and makes them pretty unique in my book. Just to make sure to call them ahead of time for an appointment and they will take care of you! Having this business in the Valley area is a true gem! As long as Jose and his guys are around I would not go anywhere else! These guys earned my business! read more

It's right a cross from Northridge hospital. Jose was very nice and understanding when I had to cancel my first appointment for my car to get detailed. I'm so happy with the outcome just upset because I didn't get before pictures of my embarrassing seats they were all stained from food and drinks. I'm always on the go and eating in the car a lot! Great place to go!! Loved how my car turned out! This is the place to go if you like to take care of your car. I love supporting local businesses and since everything is closed, I contacted them and next day I was able to bring in my car. Got a car wash and they did a very good job of cleaning the interior and exterior of my car. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. This car is our kid and dog car, the one that handles school runs, errands, sticky fingers, crumbs, snacks, sand, and basically every questionable life choice that happens in a family car. It had been through the wringer. They cleaned it so well that it honestly looked detailed. And we did not pay for a detail. This was just their gold package, and it was amazing. The before and after is wild. It looked like a completely different car. I am also extremely picky when it comes to car washes. Like, character flaw level picky. I notice every tiny thing. If one area was wiped and another wasn't, if something is uneven, I usually leave every car wash with at least one thing to complain about because something always gets overlooked. This time, I had nothing. I could not be happier with how clean the car was. That says a lot coming from me. Everyone working there was super nice and helpful, the service was fast even on a Sunday afternoon, and the owner could not have been nicer. He was 100% honest and told me that it was my detailing wipe rather than take full credit. I'll also say that the detail work on my car was amazing. You're denying me to go through your car wash which I do all the time because I opted not to do your $200 wash? That is very bad business, my friend and I'm going to make sure that people know". So now I have told all of you. If you drive by North Star Car Wash in Granada Hills? Keep driving. And this is a response to the response from their owner: Hi Levon. I take no disrespect at all. In fact I feel that I should thank you. I went home after the above incident and broke out my leaf blower and shop vac. I'm sure that you'll be pleased to know that the leaves and dog hair that you were so concerned about were dealt with in about 3 minutes and I didn't have to pay $200 or even $20 to have it done. As an avid off-road enthusiast and dog owner, I recently sought out professional auto detailing services to restore my vehicle to its former glory. My expectations were high, given the price I paid, which was a bit steeper than anticipated, but I understood the need for additional charges due to the condition of my car, especially with pet hair removal and the wear and tear from off-roading. Unfortunately, my experience with this auto detailing service fell far short of what I had hoped for. I opted for the "interior detail + wash & wax" package, which came with a hefty price tag of nearly $500. However, upon receiving my car back, it was immediately apparent that the job had been rushed and lacked the attention to detail I was promised. The interior was still littered with dirt and pet hair, and various spots hadn't been properly cleaned. For the price I paid, I expected a meticulous job, but what I got felt more like a basic car wash. One of the issues I noticed was that the people handling the cars and belongings seemed like hired help, and they didn't seem to care much about the vehicles or the customers' belongings. When I arrived, car mats and belongings were strewn all over the place, and I even had to intervene to prevent one worker from handing my belongings to another client. It's concerning to think what could have happened if I hadn't been present. In conclusion, my experience with this auto detailing service left much to be desired. I had a very disappointing experience at King Auto Detailing. This was my second visit, and it couldn't have been worse. I had made an appointment online, but when I arrived, they took another car inside the bay to wash, leaving mine outside. Not a huge issue, but things went downhill from there. When they finished washing my car, it was clear they had rushed the job. The car wasn't properly dried, and I had to point this out and do it myself during the inspection. To make matters worse, I noticed many areas that were still dirty. I even found some scratches that weren't there before. During the inspection, I overheard one of their workers making derogatory comments in their language, assuming I wouldn't understand. It was unprofessional and offensive. I pay a premium for a car wash at a detailing shop to have my car cleaned by professionals and expect good customer service. It's the least a business owner can do to ensure their staff is trained to be professional. The only saving grace was a helper who came out with a towel to wipe down the wet spots, for which I tipped him $10. But the actual detailers inside didn't even bother. Now, I'm left dealing with scratches and water spots, something I shouldn't have to worry about after paying a premium for their services. Nowadays with one vacuum, Windex spray, and some cloth some people call there Micky Mouse job "KING Auto Detailing" WHAT A SHAME! -First of All when I call this "Car wash" a guy (Armando) before anything he start to advertise the 3M product that they using which nobody knows what kind of product is and if really they using it. -I have an experience with working with restoration and cleaning products, so after 5 hours (to show their job consumes tremendous time) with just few glance I regretted for trusting the "5 STAR" reviews on yelp. I simply throw my $180 into the drain. -Now maybe you say; So simply take your car back and show it to them! or right there I should've point it out!. It was @ 6 pm (closing time) and it was Feb/18/18. but keeping in mind if they really were who they claim of, they should've done their job way better than this. I feel sorry for my $180 and most important, my valuable time. (I believe they paid or gave free services to get those 5 STARs ). I had an amazing experience getting my interior detailed here! My car seats are a light beige color and had several visible drink stains and general wear from everyday use. I honestly wasn't expecting a miracle, but when I picked up my car, I was blown away--the seats looked brand new. Every single stain was completely gone, and the interior smelled fresh and clean without being overly perfumed. What impressed me even more was that they were able to take me in as a walk-in. I didn't have an appointment, but they were friendly, accommodating, and got started right away. Called last minute on a Friday, Jose was professional and helpful over the phone the entire time. They told me they would need to see the car in person to give a solid estimate, so on my way I went. I hadn't checked them out on yelp yet, but the vibe on the phone and in person was on point. They ran me through the entire process and they were very knowledgeable and gave me a great first impression. I usually detail my 370z myself, but this was the entire car that needed attention due to a 6-month deployment and it had been neglected for a long time. Saturday afternoon the car was ready, I was more excited than nervous. Just as I expected...arrived to the shop and was impressed. Their team's work was exemplary, I just wish more people come to know about the great job these fine gentlemen can offer. I will now be going to King Auto Detailing for all my major detailing needs. So I was looking for a detailer to help revive my wife's 2012 Camry. I have visited car wash services and many mobile car retailers and was not COMPLETELY satisfied with how the car looked. They would wash, wax, clean inside, and done basics. It looked good but there were always places that were not touched and there were always scratches and haze on the body. I get it. They only work on your car for 2 to maybe 3 hours max. What can you do in that time. However, I tried out Kings and I got the best service ever. My wifes car looks brand new. Perfect! No haze, no scratches on paint. They were all buffed out. They even cleaned the headlights and the engine was spotless. I showed it to my wife and she was so happy. I know hey spent all working on it and it shows. The prices are exactly what they should be because they do NOT cut corners. I'm taking my car next. read more

Saw the rave reviews on yelp and decided to go here to get my seats and carpets cleaned. My car seats were in dire need of cleaning since someone in my car. I normally clean and detail my own vehicle but I couldn't get the smell out. And the stains on the seats were killing me. (my OCD talking lol) I spoke w Armando and he quoted me a very reasonable price in comparison to other detailing places. And the quality was great for the price. The customer service was also very good. I didn't feel like I was being hustled into getting anything else I didn't need. They even offered a car wash with the interior cleaning. I took my car to King Auto for a paint correction, and I'm honestly blown away by how good it looks now. The paint had a lot of swirl marks and light scratches from years of washing, but they completely brought it back to life. The finish is super glossy and smooth -- it literally looks brand new again! The guys at King Auto took their time, explained what they were doing, and made sure I was happy with the results before I left. These are my go to guys! Jose always does a fantastic job with my car, my mothers car, and my fiancé's car, he never disappoints. I have two dogs who I always have riding in my car with me , and after hiking my backseats hey completely dirty. Yet, Jose always manages to get rid of all the stains, hair and dirt my dogs leave in my car. I couldn't thank him enough if it wasn't for him my car would never look like new. With my fiancé's car he is very delicate with his, but he can always count on Jose to get it cleaned and waxed. Brought my vehicle in for a detail they gave me a good fair price to get it done saw all the amazing feedback and decided to give then a try. I Called to schedule an appointment to get my vehicle inspected and then later on to get the job done. When i arrived they gave me an estimated time on how long it will take to get it done. This detailing shop is awesome. Came in looking to get some of my paint damage corrected and they fixed my problem with ease. When they're super busy they don't usually take walk-ins but I came in during a slow hour with a very simple request and they fixed the damage to my car in no time. Jose and Rey are great guys and I could tell they're hard workers that take care of the cars they work on. On top of that their prices are VERY reasonable. Best car wash I have ever gotten !!! My car was in some serious need for a cleaning. I hadn't washed it for months, it smelled like dog and throw up and weed. My boyfriend is really into cars and kept telling me I had to clean my car so we finally brought it in. The guys here at King Auto Detailing did such an amazing job I almost didn't recognize my car. I recently had my car detailed and washed at King Auto Detailing. I am not a person that usually get's their car detailed but I thought what the heck. I will never get my car washed any where else. Never have I seen anyone take as good a care of an object that was not their own as he did. I got my engine washed as well and it looked AMAZING! Jose and his Team did an awesome job on my Red 2015 Acura RDX which has never had a wax job since purchase in 2014. There were many small scratches on the car which they professionally removed. We had a 12 month sealer applied and some interior cleaning and the car looked brand new when we picked it up. I made an appointment to get an estimate on paint corruption with ceramic coating, and I got a good price. I went ahead and got it done.
