They use high quality wax that doesnt attract dust (big problem esp in LA) and when I watch them work, I see them going after every corner on inside my car and out... I recently had my car detailed(basic wash, 4 floor mats and trunk cleaning) and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The staff's communication was notably unfriendly, and in the end I encountered instances of unprofessional behavior. This impacted my overall satisfaction with the service. I believe respectful customer service is crucial, and I hope they can address these issues to improve the overall experience for future customers. The guy with glasses tattooed arm got mad at me and yelled at me because I asked his friend if my car boot liner was washed. Long story short he got offended because according to him I was watching them wash my car. In reality, he saw me last 5 minutes of a 1-hour car wash because when I came at 2 pm to pick up my car(as I was told) I found out the trunk was not washed. Later they did and after they were done all I did was ask "Is the cargo boot liner washed" That pissed the guy with glasses and a tattooed arm. He kept yelling at me he would charge me more without answering my question. I replied politely that I paid to wash my trunk which he replied if there was stuff they wouldn't wash. I mentioned when I handed over the key I was told it's okay to leave the stuff in the trunk. He later walked away and cursed me in Spanish as if I didn't understand profanity in Spanish. read more

Went online to book an appointment very easy process didn't take long to book. Got my confirmation through text and went in the day of my appointment. The nice person name Jose helped me out to check in. Drop my vehicle off for 3 hours and got a call it was ready. When I arrived I check it out and I was amazed by the quality of service. Would give negative stars if possible. The dashboard wasn't even wiped so they don't pay any attention to detail. They scratched the tints on my driver side window. Clearly don't know how to deal with teslas. They ended up providing $30 refund (of $40 price since they charge 10 for reservation). Doesn't even come close to what the cost of having the window re-tinted would be. read more

At the end of the service I found 4 issues that were addressed at my request: 1) Visible Glue leftover on the inside of door windows found after the interior clean service was completed. I asked to have the glue leftover removed from the inside of 3 out of 4 door windows and from the right side windshield interior. The service provider complied but the comment was that the people who removed the window signs at dealerships didn't do their job. Why do I pay you for then? 2) Central console parking break pouch had visible dirt both sides when I pulled the lever up. 3) The left side spot of the right front seat from a puppy puke was not cleaned enough and It was still smelling. I asked them to clean again and helped them out by pointing out the visible spot and using their tools. 4) On central console armrest found a spot and was cleaned. In my opinion the service provided was well bellow expectations, hence I marked two stars. It should have been only one star rating, but because they addressed my findings there I give them two stars. I hope that this business can do better than this. Pros, they offered a free exterior regular wash while I paid $190 for Interior detail but I would have preferred a better job. Brought in my Mustang GT here for the King Clay & Wav Detailing for $100. They did a REALLY good job on it; they did it right, and not a machine in sight. These guys are 100% authentic at their craft. I will definitely be coming back; the only cavate is you need an appointment BUT they start your car right when your appointment begins - They took almost 2 hours which is perfectly normal for a clay wax. AMAZING! i just picked up my car and i am seriously blown away. my legitimate initial reaction to seeing my car was "HOLY S**T!!". i've had my jeep for around 4 years and have never gotten it waxed, just regular washing. i went into king's for the King package (wash, wax, etc) and had pretty high expectations just because of their perfect yelp rating. i can honestly say they exceeded my expectations with both the car service and customer service. my car looks fresh off the lot! i had basically forgotten what the paint on my car was meant to look like and after the King package it looks like brand new! not only does the paint look spectacular but all of my windshields and windows are so clean it literally feels like a different experience driving my car. not to mention, the interior of my car was fully cleaned even though an interior clean isn't stated in the package! i paid $150 + tip and it was worth every penny. i will definitely be back for a wash and detail to maintain my wax. read more

Came here today for a car wash. I just purchased my car two days ago and got calcium build up on it from the sprinklers the night before. I was worried that it would not come off, but they did a great job here and were able to remove it. They charge $25 for a hand wash which is a great deal, considering the high end equipment they use. Everyone here is friendly and they work together to get the job done quickly. My car looked better after they washed it than it did when I got it from the dealer. My husband bought me an interior detailing as a Christmas present and when I saw what a great job they did I bought the exterior detailing as a Christmas present to myself! They did an awesome job, my car looks brand new ans it feels so clean! I cleaned my car out before we dropped it off but all the things they found they put in my glove box which was super cool. Great price. Only feedback is that the waiting area is not the best. Just a couple benches under a canopy, but it didn't really provide much shade. Neighborhood is a little sketchy (for me at least), so it's not the best place to walk around while your car is being washed. These guys are awesome! They took the time to walk me through the questions I had and were very courteous and professional throughout the whole process. I was getting my mom's car detailed as a gift and let me tell you, it was not looking great. Not only did they finish faster than we anticipated, but it looks like a brand new car! Seeing the before and after photos they took left me astonished. Even when we noticed some small things we asked them to look at when picking up the car they did it quick, fast, and were patient with everything. My wife has an original year Black FJ cruiser. It hasn't had more than a basic wash in over 13 years. She's showing her age outside, swirls, oxidation, scratches, pine tar etc, but she's a still rock solid mechanically. We decided to splurge and get her a top notch detailing. And we couldn't have picked a better place to take her. The owner is professional and a straight shooter. Jose does such an amazing job when I have to take my car here. I got my car ceramic coated by them 3 years ago using System X Diamond and take it in during the yearly inspection check on the coating while also getting a topper applied. They were able to finish the job within 2 days and while doing a full paint correction. I recently got all my windows coated using Glassparency by them since they are one of the authorized installer like 2 months ago. I took it in today for the refresher maintenance on the glass coating. It took about an hour since I also got a car wash. All of the employee wore mask, gloves and they required customer to wear mask as well. Jose also came to my rescue when I had some hard water spots on my freshly coated back windows and was able to take it off for me since everything I tried didn't removed it. I been recommending this shop to all my friends since I always have a great experience here. read more
