I used to come here all the time and it's been a while. Stopped in for a quick wash and couldn't believe it's $15.99 for an automatic wash. Might as well pay a few bucks more and have someone put some TLC into it. My car still has dirt and bird poop on the hood so it's as if I didn't even get a wash. For $40/month, I get unlimited washes and a members only lane, which makes me feel kinda VIP lol It's quick, easy, and stress free. I'm in and out fast, which is perfect for my chaotic schedule. I am docking one star. It has nothing to do with the car wash, I love the car wash. I've been coming here for almost a year on a weekly basis. Today is the first time I've ever experienced someone smoking next to me while I'm drying my car underneath the dry/vacuum area. I really wish the owners would post a no smoking sign in these areas. I do not want to smell or breath in smoke where it gets stuck underneath, nor do I want ashes, like I had today, on my car blowing after this dude was smoking next to me. It was freaking disgusting! Like you can't wait until you dry your car and go smoke elsewhere??? Really fucking irritated me! I put on a mask. I've never experienced this here before. Please, if management or owners read this please consider putting a no smoking sign in that area. Just because someone else wants to kill themselves and ruin their lungs/organs/teeth doesn't mean I have to. I'm sure a bunch of us would appreciate it. Like I said, I've never experienced that here. Pretty straight forward process. There's the machine that collects your money and tells you to drive forward. Very average normal basic car wash. I love sitting in car wash drive through places - very nostalgic. The car was decently washed. I don't really know what to expect from these tbh. No shade. It's just like yes it's a normal basic wash and gets you car sorta clean (at least not dusty) lol Cheapest wash is like $9 I can't speak on anything else that I don't know. I am not sure about the things used to wash the car. A lot of people say be careful cause they can scratch one's car but I don't think that happened here so yea for what it's worth I give it like 3/4 stars based on what it's suppose to do. If you're in a rush & need a quick clean, this is a great place. There is rarely a line and the machines do a decent job. I will say, however, they're not perfect. All the little bug splats/bird droppings/etc will most likely not get cleaned off and their driers will not get every drop of water off so you might get some window streaks as you drive off. But, it's $20 (wish tire cleaning) and I think for that price, it does a good enough job. And, if you're the type of person who wants to keep their car clean, they even offer an unlimited monthly subscription that gives you an 'express lane' to get in faster. They offer self use vacuums if you want, but I honestly rarely use them. I'm there just for an exterior clean. I wish they offered things to clean the inside of my windows as often times that area gets dirty & need a good spray down. So, this wash is what it is. I go in knowing I'm not going to get everything, but will get enough grime off our car that it will look presentable. That's all I really want in a drive through wash. If I want a better clean, I'll go to a full service place instead. read more

Fast, affordable, and local. It's close to home and my work, keeps my car always looking clean. I don't always vacuum and dry it down. They added air compressed hoses for that extra dry and detailed look. I've run the car through several times in one go hoping it would do a better job, but the machine literally does nothing for the lower side and back of the car. If I need a car wash asap, I come to this spot due to its convenience and its work!!! You enter through the driveway, follow the signs (one is for members and the other is non-members) and there is always a staff member there to help assist with choosing what wash you want and putting in your card. One thing to note is they do not take Apple Pay!!! I had to drive out once due to not having a physical card on me. The washes are always satisfying to go through and I feel like my vehicle gets adequate amounts of soap and water. I go here when I have extra money to splurge because if you are only doing a single wash, it's already $15 for the cheapest and prices have gone up since the new year. If you're able to afford $30 a month, you already get access to unlimited washes and that pretty much gets made up for in just 2 washes!!! Free vacuums before or after you get your wash. When you come out the wash, you can see some spots on the left side to walk out and dry your car with your own rags. Incredibly disappointing experience! Especially as a first time customer. I got the basic $15 wash and my car was still dirty after. There's still bird poop on the door and bugs everywhere. While that is annoying, the part that pushed me to right a review (which I never do) is the amount of deep scratches left on my vehicle and the extremely poor customer service from the manager. I have multiple clusters of deep scratches all around the hood, body, and roof of my car. I know for a fact they were not there before. My car is BRAND NEW! A 2026! I tried talking to the manger and showed her some of the scratches and she gave me some rehearsed nonsense about how the brushes couldn't have been responsible bc they are brand new and the pattern of the scratches don't match. I understand that's probably what she is trained to say, but I'm not stupid. I know they're from the wash and she's knows they're from the wash. Not to mention I had to approach her a second time for her to even offer to take an incident report. That should've been offered from the beginning. I told her that I didn't mean to be disrespectful at all this is just really upsetting and she replied with " don't worry, this happens all the time" so there's that. Bottom line, this is inexcusable. I had hoped this would be a good place to use when I don't have the time to hand wash it, like today. But it turns out it doesn't clean, just damages your paint. And when you point it out to them they make excuses or just flat out deny everything. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Service was Excellent and Associates are courteous. Gentleman that was guiding me in even used Painters Tape for small body damage I have to the rear of my vehicle. That's Service. Pulled out and parked in a shaded area that has plenty of free vacuums. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and are looking for a quick wash and you're short on time. On this particular visit there was a slight miscommunication regarding turning off the upper brushes because I have external off-road lights (ditch lights). I requested them to be off, the employee thought I was requesting them to be on. He persisted that it's policy to turn them off. I was agreeing but I think he thought I was requesting them to be on... like I said, slight miscommunication. Thankfully Gabby jumped right in and handled everything. First the cheapest monthly plan started at $19.99 then he raised it to $29.99, now it's $39.99! So damn greedy! Even the employees there say he's greedy. This is why we need competition, for fools like this. It's not even a great wash, the bugs don't come off and the car is totally wet afterwards. Their dryers are terrible! There's a reason why the line for this car wash is shorter. They charge $15 for a single wash whereas other similar type car washes charge $10-12. They do not post the single wash price outside, only the $19.99 unlimited monthly rate which is what other washes charge but the tiny writing underneath states that this price is only for the first month. Therefore, you don't know that their single wash price is 20-25% more than other similar washes like LUV until you pull up to the charge machine and it's too late because there are other cars behind you. Don't get fooled by their manipulative marketing. read more

So I have the best package membership and I noticed the 2 times I've gone so far, the tire shine doesn't get applied fully. Only like 1/3 of my tire gets the shine and the other 2/3 is just dull. Looks weird, idk if the applicator just stays stationary and only gets to apply it to the small portion of tire it comes in contact with or what.
