Loving this triangle French manicure. They make my nails look so long. Thanks Anna!

Haven't been to kings bay in while and I when came back I was welcomed with a new fresh look. They recently got new spas and flooring and it looks so current. King's Bay Nails is family owned and they are very personable with their guests and suggest colors for the season or a special occasion. I've been going there since I was in high school. If you want small embellishments, I strongly recommend Anna and Tao.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and couldn't be happier! Gna is my go to girl but everyone there does a great job and not to mention super competitive prices as well. Large selection of gel colors! Highly recommend for all of your nail needs. Side

Dear King's Bay Nails, Yay! I am a first-time fan. Wanting to try something/where new, and having you so close to my house, I decided it was time to break free from my routine and check out a new nail place. I am definitely glad I did, as now I have options. You are a much smaller, and quainter, nail salon that my regular spot, and actually found that to be a positive. My regular salon can feel like a nail painting factory at times, as there are SO many pedi chairs and nail tables. Here, you have just a few of each. So already, it felt more personable. Additionally, I liked the style in which the whole procedure was handled. From the moment I walked in, I was first asked to sit down to have my manicure. This was a nice change, and by the time my nails were done, I was ready to sit and relax in the pedi chair. The lady that did my nails was older, soft spoken, and very sweet. She did a great job with my hands and feet, and took her time to do it right. Even when there were a couple people in your waiting area, she never rushed me or the process. Same price, better service. I will definitely be back. :) Thanks for changing up my routine. Regards, SabrinaAnna*

First of all, they do do nails well but that's only half of the experience in my eyes. Getting a mani/pedi for me is a treat and supposed to be a relaxing experience but it was anything but relaxing. The lady who did my pedi was shouting and talking very loudly to other ladies across the room. I couldn't concentrate on the book I was reading. I was turned over to another lady for my shellac mani and she was watching a DVD on a portable player while occasionally glancing at my nails during her work. I felt completely ignored. I even tried to start a conversation after I saw a picture of her sons. No dice. Same shouting thing during the pedi too. All in all, I was disappointed but if you don't care about the experience and just want a good mani/pedi, then you have the right place.

I just visited this salon for the first time despite living here my whole life and now I'm kicking myself for not trying them earlier. They do a great job for a decent price. I paid $30 for my mani/pedi and it came out really nice! Now, in response to the comments: this place is NOT a spa. They are not there to completely lavish over you and massage you and all those extras. They do your nails, they do it quick, and they do it well. I personally like that style of business but if you're looking for a more relaxing, spa sort of deal then maybe this isn't the place for you. Want a quick, cheap, good mani/pedi on the fly? This place is for you. Warning though: tips can only be given in cash so make sure to have a couple bucks in your wallet.

Walked in and they sat me right down loved my nails and staff was very nice and loved Ana she was awesomeeeeee

my nails look "bubbly"... If that makes any sense. I think the polish wasn't good. We'll see how long it lasts.

What is it they used to say? " A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" or something like…read morethat... So last week for my elderly parents' first outing since the pandemic began, I decided to take them to the Falls to walk safely outdoors and get some much needed exercise. One of the first stores we saw was LumiGarnet NailSpa advertising a promo mani-pedi for $25. I could see from her expression that my mom really wanted a little pampering and, although we had agreed that we would not go into any stores and increase the risk of exposure, I stopped to check out the nail salon. First things first, I looked around and saw everyone taking precautions, the place looked clean and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. In addition, a sign said all customers must wash their hands before being helped. It was clear they were doing their best to keep everyone safe. The friendly receptionist even agreed to keep an eye out for my mom to make sure she didn't forget to keep safe (she is 81 after all). Fast forward: Even though I paid $20 to upgrade to the gel nail polish which is supposed to last a minimum of two week's,, the polish started peeling. She's had gel many times before done at LaBelle Beauty ACADEMY by students and at other salons that wouldn't come off without soaking in some sort special nail polish remover. We went back to get them fixed - most places will fix them for you within 2 weeks. After acknowledging that her nail polish shouldn't have peeled, the receptionist asked if she wanted another manicure and began to sell her a different kind of polish. Of course, I pushed back and told her that we were simply seeking to get her thumb nail fixed as it should have peeled. After a little back-and-forth and having spoken to her manager if we wanted them fixed we would have to pay for a whole new manicure. They didn't even offer to fix the really bad one or give a deal on the new manicure. I was really happy we had found this place for her to go get her nails fixed at the mall where she can walk around safely in the outdoors In a beautiful, shaded and sometimes air-conditioned location. Sadly, I must say, that this bird in the hand got away! No matter how nice you are to me, how great your customer service is during the sales process, if, when it comes time, you won't stand behind your work, you won't be seeing me again.
