Overall the place is dirty and I get it it's a public laundromat I shouldn't expect spotless. But cleaner floors and better maintenance would be great. The machines are expensive as well. They're all front-load washers which is what it is. But at least four were broken down and everyone was 3.75, the larger washers are 6.00. The dryers are 1.00 for 12 minutes and instead of offering more time for an additional.25 it's another dollar for a set of 12 minutes there are no other options for drying. The bathroom which is not public is locked after 8 pm and the attendant will not unlock it for anyone. The parking lot is small maybe enough parking for 5 cars? They do offer a drop-off laundry service but they don't display the price I guess you have to call for it. The wifi password is #Kingbob1

Clothes often go missing for a week at a time and they don't let you know there's a delay - they simply drop the others off with no mention of the missing items. There are no apologies for late items and certainly no discounts. The amount of plastic they send the clothes back in is incredibly wasteful. Clothes have a musty smell after being dry-cleaned, which kind of defeats the purpose, right? I'll be going out of my way to bring my business elsewhere.

I go to pick them up and two more shirts are in the mix that were never mentioned on the phone. They say sorry for the confusion after explaining how hectic the beginning of the week is and that their workers in the factory place items in order by article of clothing and not the actual order itself. She also said that I should have just come a day after the day and time that they told me. $115 later I finally have all of the articles of clothing that were dropped off. Needless to say I won't be using these services anymore. I gave this one star because they do a good job when it comes to that actual dry cleaning. I didn't give it any more stars because it is extremely over priced and there is little to no communication or consistency from their staff.
