We brought my daughter to eat here for her bday cause she wanted to try the boil bags..and on their menu it had the proteins you could pick but no where on the menu did it say the lobster was an extra 61 bucks! We were so excited to try this place out. But sadly this place has terrible customer service. The gentleman who answers the phone for phone orders is the WORSE. I was placed on hold and overheard him complaining about me calling back when I was placed on hold for a while the first time around. He then came back to the phone and I told him I had overheard him and decided not to order anymore and he simply said "ok" and hung up. I have been craving crab legs for some time and I was excited to find this place so close to home. I love a good cajun boil! We had the 3 option boil with mussels, crawfish and snow crab legs in a medium cajun sauce. The sauce had a great flavor but I will be trying a spicier option for my next visit. I would have liked more crab legs but who doesn't right but the amount of food was pretty good. We got a pair of bibs and gloves for some great selfies. So hubby and I both ordered the Choose 3 which consisted of a 1/2 pound each of shrimp, s is crab and crawfish. We both also got the trifecta sauce with medium heat. We were pleased. It was good. It took FOREVER for us to get our food. And it's not like it was steaming hot. I felt they gave you plenty of sauce. The medium spice isn't very hot at all but it was enough. I will say it's not the cheapest. It's a nice place to come and drop some coins every now and then but I wouldn't frequent here. I feel you could do your own seafood boil for much cheaper. Trying to follow maps to get here was a nightmare and the restraunt phone doesnt work so we had to literally drive around until we found it tucked away in the plaza, if youre not looking hard you'll miss it. Getting inside its tiny and all tables are full and since its seafood boils people are comfy and lets say the wait can be long. I dont feel like they had customer service but decided to wait and see what the food was like cause I read yelp reviews. I am from the coast and a seafood lover. I'll never return. The crawfish are pink size of a child and overcooked. The mussels were decent and the king crabs were too but I think maybe the lost to a lobster in the cooking process. I'm always on a lookout for businesses ran by retired military. I've heard bad reviews about this place but decided to give it a try. I preordered online to have it ready by 3. I got there at 3 and was told it be about another 10 minutes and they would take it out to my car. 3:00 turned into 3:20, so I went back inside to ask if my order was ready that I've been waiting for a pre order for 20 minutes. The young lady at the counter just said it will be out right now. I asked "what's right now" should I wait in here or in my car. She said right now is right now, rolled her eyes and went to the back, (obviously you can hear everything), "gawd when I say right now it's right now, how hard is it to understand right now" she replied in the back, then a man peeked out and said who's is it? She said that guy right there! Then the guy started coughing. Yes COUGHING! I'm sorry but whether they coughed in my food or just to get a rise, this is not the time for those antics! I spent $80 and in the pictures you'll see what I received. On a separate note, I ordered 2 coleslaws, I received 2 small pill containers with coleslaw as you can see in the picture. Oh and don't ask for extra butter sauce, the picture of the bag, yup that's the extra butter just poured over the containers of food! I wanted to try it, I did it and was greatly disappointed!
