The lady who answered the phone was polite but seems the information could never get pass her to the two guys who are supposed to come out and do an estimate. Maybe they've been around for so long that they don't care about my business since it's not a big project (just front and back yard clean up and some minimal design at the front). They came every two weeks to cut the grass but today will be there last day. While cutting her grass something flew and hit the glass on the front door and it shattered. She let them know and they came and looked. He explained his brother deal with glass work and windows and would he will repair it for free and he told her she wouldn't have to pay for the grass being cut this time due to the damaged. Once the door was repaired she noticed how the sliding part was hard to move around and let him know of that issue and he stated he will oil it for her then he asked for a payment for the grass being cut and she repeated what he told her about how the grass cut will be free. He replied back and said I just said that cause I was coming back to fix the glass. They talked back and forth about it and in a rude manner he told her she can find someone else to fix the door and the grass and left. My grandmother is a 85 year old women who lives on her own and I feel like they tried to get over on her for the damage they made...I will not recommend them to no one and will be letter others in the neighborhood who use them know of this behavior!

It was also located at the top of a bank that leads down to a creek, so the location was tricky. We obtained four estimates before starting our project. Caliber exceeded the other tree companies in every way. Their proposal was professional, specific, and detailed, and they provided information about their licensing and insurance. Both Tim and Julian were very responsive to questions. We had some limitations about where they could go on the property with the heavy equipment, because of the location of our septic field. They put down mats and did their best to minimize the impact of their work on the yard. They used two crews so there were eight men working at once, but they coordinated their efforts so well, and every person was friendly and helpful. They chipped branches and hauled away all the huge trunk sections. I would recommend them very highly for more complicated jobs.
