This place is fairly new and has many different types of classes. This class was very nice in comfort and pace. It was fairly small and intimate setting. I liked that they offered water and blankets if needed. We brought our own yoga mats. We found about this mediation class from Facebook events near us. I would like to take their yoga option in the future. Mediation is suppose to bring a peace and calm within . This class did that and was nice in the set up and duration. The lifelong friends she has made, and will make, the life lessons, and discipline learned are priceless. Her time here has taught her to face her fears of performing in public that stretch beyond her Kung Fu classes. The instructors go above and beyond their call in every aspect, everyday, and have continued to teach online classes while so many "non essential" business are closed.
