Even on my hard days, I push myself because I know a trainer is waiting for me to motivate me, inspired me, and push me to new limits. I am doing exercises that I never thought I could do. When I first started I couldn't even do one "real" push-up. Now, I can do more then 10 real ones, not the girly ones . I am definitely stronger, healthier and I feel better inside and out. Randa Alami is such a caring and dynamic trainer, she is just as focused on safety and cleanliness as she is strength and fitness. In addition to being back to group fitness, she has limited class size, installed a Reme Halo air purification system for added safety and she still does LIVE classes too. She always has her members' well being as a priority. Despite having to work out in the garage during this crazy time with LIVE sessions, I still see great results -- I can't believe it.
