My small company was looking for a better Chinese food option than what we have been having. So, I chose Golden Palace because it was fairly close. I ordered a few times myself to see if it was worth trying. I really liked it and decided to order for 15 people for a Friday lunch. Everything went perfect. The food was ready and hot at pickup time. Most everyone agreed it was way better than the previous restaurant. And they even threw in over 20 crab ragoons for free. The egg roll was cooked well but the filling was so bland I ended up throwing it away after two bites. And this is one of those restaurants that have sweet crabmeat cheese rangoons. Why do they do that? They're like little deep fried crab-flavored cheesecakes- yuck. Everything tasted fresh and the presentation was fine (apart from the lack of broccoli in the General Tso's). We are one each and that was it Egg rolls- burnt, unfortunately. Just over fried to dark brown. Shame. Overall, positive experience and we will definitely be trying again.
