The estimate, design, demo, and build processes all went smoothly because of Agustin and his crew, who started every day bright and early - even when utterly frigid. Like any big project, there were some unforseen challenges, but Agustin communicated with us regularly and made the design changes and/or repairs that were necessary to push forward. Agustin and the crew did a great job with the deck and patio modifications to accommodate. I highly recommend Creative Exteriors Plus!

Our builder (Churchill Classics) charged an arm and a leg, and we didn't want to go back to them for another quote, so I scheduled over 15 contractors to come out in 2 days. Of the contractors that came out, Agustin was the first. He was on time, knowledgeable, and gave me plenty of ammunition to go up against the remaining contractors. Although Creative Exteriors Plus was one of the most expensive options we looked at, it was also the only truly professional experience that left a great taste in my mouth going forward. Augustin of Creative Exteriors Plus is fantastic! I always look for contractors with strong integrity, who are honest, and who have no issues answering even the dumbest of questions. Agustin not only gave me peace of mind when meeting us, but he was also very open and honest about everything, from the work, scheduling, payment, and timeframe, to the actual products he used. Before screening in our deck, I wanted to stain/seal the deck and power wash it but didn't want to spend the extra capital getting it professionally done. Agustin also helped walk me through products to look at, steps to properly power wash, and troubleshooting via text the whole way through. At one point, I mentioned that my Google caller ID had picked up another business name, Prime Construction Corp, and I wanted to verify if this was related to him or what the connection was. Agustin called me right away and explained that it was an old business they contracted with bigger vendors, but during COVID, they pivoted and no longer have any affiliation with that business. He was quite surprised it popped up with his number. We had a great laugh about it, and I really appreciated how straightforward he was with this information. I love his transparency and honesty throughout the whole process, and we even contacted him again about possibly screening in/putting a roof over our walkup basement door. He was very candid, advising that having the window on the side and a lack of trees nearby would attribute to more cost and effort than a solid result. After brainstorming, we came up with the idea of buying screens and velcroing them around the rails (haven't put this plan into action yet), but I very much appreciate his candor and encouragement that this is a project I can do myself. The entire project was done in roughly 3 days: two days of work back to back, and then 1 Saturday due to rain. The screen is so beautifully and meticulously done that it doesn't even look like a screen is there. His team also managed to perfectly match our current post layout when constructing a new post and adding a door. The door also comes with a cool feature: it has a window that slides down. They also included 2 new keys for the door, and Agustin did a full walkthrough with us to ensure we were fully happy with the results. Before completing the deck, his team also power washed the bug gunk off the deck and removed some of the remaining tape I had forgotten to remove when I stained the deck. He also offered to come back and install our ceiling fan once we actually pick one out. He's local and always just a short text away if I need anything. I cannot recommend Creative Exteriors Plus enough and absolutely rave about Agustin to everyone I know! Thank you so much for all of your hard work, and we will definitely be using you again in the near future for fencing/patio options.

They poured a concrete patio over the high voltage electrical lines which I understand doesn't meet code. Our contract clearly states that Dream Builders will install drainage as required. After the first hard rain storm, see photos and video, Dream Builders salesman Rob, claimed that no one could foresee the amount of water that would drain to the patio. Looking at the photos, it is very easy to see that the downhill grade of the parking lot comes toward the patio. Yet a professional deck builder stated that it couldn't be predicted because they did not want to pay to make it right. Water has been inches from our door during several rainstorms. Late this afternoon, Dream Builders emailed us and stated that they would not be completing the job and offered an unfair partial refund for a fence and incomplete drainage along with the mess documented by Tom Keogh. Please examine the photos and video and form your own opinion. Update #1 We received a text message from the Dream Builders Project Manager stating that they would come fill in the holes that were left open and clean up the mud. See the attached last 3 photos. Stay away from Dream Builders at all cost! If everything goes well, everything will work out with Dream Builders. As soon as any problem arises they will cease communication, stall and attempt to turn the issue on the customer while asking the customer to pay for their mistake. After severing a high voltage wire, it took 6 months for Dream Builders to make an insurance claim and get the electrical fixed. The owner (Nick) and salesman (Rob) have zero moral courage and did not show up on our site since June of 2023. You would think the owner would be concerned about making things right but look at the last 3 photos, those were taken post cleanup on 15 Dec 23.

For those who don't want to read this whole thing: We don't recommend dream builders and suggest…read moreyou use a different company. We hired dream builders to replace the back porch on our house. We wanted to move from wood to the more permanent and long lasting Trex building materials. We also wanted stairs to the ground which we did not have on our porch. We were thrilled with the initial presentation. We hired them for, what was for us, a pretty large project. We were very disappointed and wish we had gone with a different company. - dream builders does not employ the workers. Our project was sub-contracted to a carpenter who sub-contracted to the workers he brought every day. On any given day, we had no idea who was coming to our house. We rarely saw an employee of dream builders. - In the demolition stage of our project, the crew ripped through both our underground downspouts and our sprinkler system requiring both to be repairs. I was informed that the contract requires me to put flags were all of those are located throughout the yard. Since I didn't, they are not responsible for the damage. I have no earthly idea where all of the sprinkler lines are laid throughout the yard. I find it hard to believe the workers couldn't stop when they felt a little resistance so they could determine if the item was important and fragile. It seemed lazy and unprofessional. It also seemed like a fine print scam. - We made an adjustment to our plan as the project got started (moving where the stairs reach the ground). We were provided a picture of what that adjustment would look like. When the stairs were about 1/2 way done, it looked nothing like what we expected. The stairs now were going to terminate right in the middle of our patio opening. We protested and we were told that the picture couldn't look exactly like the finished project; it was just an estimate. ??!!?? Are you serious? Even if that is the case, which I don't believe, we were never informed that such a result was a possibility. We were then charged more for them to correct what I fully believe was their error. Though they came down some in the cost they intended to charge us, from this point on we felt uneasy about the project and again scammed. - Included in our project were lights for the stairs to illuminate the steps. The finished project looked ridiculously amateurish. The wires were strung up under the wood panels with simple nails and remained totally visible. The power box was simply placed on a couple of nails driven into our siding. Nothing was wired into the house or stored in such a way as to look nice. It looked like I could have done it myself on a weekend project. Again, we protested and were told that the job they did was standard procedure. They don't employ an electrician and what we were asking for was both unrealistic and expensive. For the size (and cost) of our project, it deserved to look better. - Speaking of the electric box, the lights were merely plugged into our outdoor outlet. I asked of the safety of such an arrangement and was surprised it could even pass code. I was again told it was standard procedure. I was later told (by a contractor I trust a whole lot more than these guys) that the arrangement was neither safe nor up to code. He fixed it for us while doing another project (free of charge, BTW). - We had the wood posts under our deck wrapped to look nicer. Some of the posts were a bit taller than the wraps however and the wraps were not secured; they could slide up and down. - the project did not actually meet code initially. The carpenter did not install 2 x 8 beams under the bottom of the porch for extra stabilization. This was corrected but it makes me wonder where else they cut corners. Speaking of which, while building the upper landing for our stairs, we saw a small chunk of wood fly off as a result of being hit with a nail gun. Rather than replacing the board that now had a piece missing, the worker just kept on nailing. Agin, we were assured the piece was not structurally required and nothing was wrong with the board. In the end, the porch and stairs are completed and look adequate structurally. I have little doubt that they will last and I have no concern with my family being out there. That's the end of the good news. The process cost far more than we thought it should have for the work they did. The communication and interaction with the company was substandard. I did not appreciate having our project subbed to someone who then subbed it out again. We felt cheated out of money for their design flaw. The accessories look no better than doing it myself (we hire other people for a reason). We paid them a significant amount of money (at least for us) and it constantly seemed like they were trying to cut corners and maximize their profit instead of focusing on a great finished project. I wish we had gone with someone else.

Background: Infinite paved my driveway on 04.10.23. Infinite suggested that we do an overlay, to lay 3 inches of asphalt over my old driveway because the foundation was still good. Miles, the salesman who sold us on the job, ensured that there would be no water drainage issue. However, due to the new pavement being higher than my cement at my side door entrance, there is indeed a water issue where water and dirt is collecting with no path to flow out (photos attached). I tried reaching out to Infinite via phone calls but no one was picking up, so I had reported the issue on Yelp. MIles and team came to my home shortly after I posted the review to look at the situation. They agreed that this part of the driveway was overlooked. So, they provided me with a plan to rectify the issue (photo attached). They also asked me if I would be kind enough to remove the Yelp review. I agreed and was more than happy to remove the review since I appreciated their followup and their plan to rectify the problem. I was flexible with the timeline to fix my driveway as long as it was reasonable and Infinite would communicate with me effectively. Fast forward to today, we are now in a situation where I can't get ahold of Miles and I have no answers from Infinite. I have given them a while to get their situation together and respond to me before I came back to yelp. It's been several months (it's now July) and they haven't responded to my emails. From the screen shot you can see that Miles reads my texts but chooses to ignore me... Could someone please provide answers? As a customer who kindly removed the Yelp review and was willing to be flexible with the timeline to fix my driveway, all I want is to simply resolve the problem per the plan that MIles provided (photo attached) and to have effective communication. As a customer who kindly removed the Yelp review and was willing to be flexible with the timeline to fix my driveway, all I want is to simply resolve the problem per the plan that MIles provided (photo attached) and to have effective communication. I have a incredibly dangerous water issue, where water and dirt settlement collects at the cement in front of my door due to the driveway being higher. I had to push out the water and dirt dozens of times already and I'm not looking to have this issue in the winter when things get iced up. This is their doing. If anyone would like to discuss their quality and what went down, feel free to contact me. Heck, you can come to my driveway and view for yourself. Please be aware. I have spoken to others who experience similar situations with their customer service and quality. Infinite, if you're reading, you need to fix the problem and honor your promise. I'm tired of waiting. You've taken advantage of me and my family, and you should be accountable for your predatory tactics. If you want to be an ounce respected as a company, you should put customers first and rectify the problems you've created.

I had a very similar experience to the rest of the folks who posted a 1-star review. Peter was soliciting in my neighborhood last spring and said he could replace my existing asphalt driveway with a larger concrete one for $5K. Red flag #1- he quoted half the price of other legitimate concrete contractors. Red flag #2- I didn't find any reviews about them. Check it out- the oldest review on Yelp right now is from Mar 2023. They must do an annual scrub of negative reviews which are likely the ones they get. I signed a contract and Peter wrote on it that no deposit was required. The evening before work was to be started, Peter texted that he needed $1K deposit and he wanted the check made out in his name. I agreed...I know, big mistake. That was Red flag #3. Red flag #4 When Peter gave me the original quote, I pointed out the lines where I wanted the new driveway to be expanded to. He said he'd come out with his crew and mark them. I saw his markers when I came home and noticed that they were quite a bit off from what we had discussed. He said it'd cost an additional $1K for "materials" to expand the driveway back to what we had originally agreed on. Red flag #5- Just like other folks have experienced, Peter's crew ripped up my driveway into a big pile of rubble and then demanded an additional $3000 to finish the job. Of course I was very upset and knew at that point that I had been scammed but the real kicker is that the driveway is crumbling and cracking 10 months after it has been installed. Peter doesn't respond to my text messages and the numbers listed on the contract aren't in service anymore. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and am posting this review in the hopes that others can save themselves from a very expensive mistake. I found Concrete Solution based on some people raving about their work from a facebook group. I had this company, as well as two others, come out to give me a quote for doing lots of work including a patio in my back yard, a new walkway, repairing damaged/sinking area in my driveway, a large pad for a fire pit, and a large pad for a future gazebo/shelter. Out of the three contractors, Concrete Solution seemed to stand out with their price as well as competency. Nerli, the owner, was a pleasure to work with right off the bat and welcomed the challenge of working for a home inspector. They did great work and overall I am very happy with how everything turned out. There were a few audibles along the way, which can be expected with any large project, but they handled them well. They also were very responsive to my requests whether it be from minor changes to asking them to wait a full 28 days for the concrete to cure before coming back to seal it (this is best but most homeowners want the project done fast and don't want to wait that long). Nerli and his team worked hard and did an excellent job - the colors turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted. The stamps look nice and the quality of the pour was great. I will definitely be using them again as needed and will be referring them to any of my friends/family/neighbors who want to get stamped concrete (or any concrete work for that matter) done. Thank you Nerli and team, you guys rocked it!
