I understand no returns or exchanges are a thing once I tried returning a defective item they had sold me. Not even within a weeks time the same gentleman who helped me five days ago that apparently "owns" the store by the name of Alex refused to even let me explain what had happen. He started getting really loud and was using all sorts of language telling me he was going to beat me up. I think he was trying to fight me because I told him he doesn't own the store, After admitting of not being the owner he told me to leave and I can go shop somewhere else if I didn't like his recommendations. He had sold me not one but TWO defective items. All within less than 5 days. I go here during the day time all the time, so I do respect their business, but this guy just lost the shop some business. I will not be returning due to how unprofessional, rude, and barbaric he got with me. read more

I was warned this place was selling fake whippits, I decided to give it a try anyways, bought two boxes of honey dew whip brand whippits, as soon as I got home I could tell the box had been tampered with, opened and then resealed with a glue gun, the cartridges inside seemed old and kind of crusty, and a bunch were duds, when we did a few it was pretty clear that they were mint flavored rather than honey and we didn't really feel much while doing the first box. I went to return the second box and when I complained the guy acted like an it wasn't really his problem to provide a reliable product. he returned my money (the bills look fake as well) and when i saw he didn't care to provide a quality product I mentioned writing a yelp review he got incredibly rude and started flipping me off. Just found this awesome shop because it's the only store in SF that has Juul pods in stock right now. It also happens to be the closest "good" shop to my house and the nicest smoke shop I've been to in the city. No obnoxious music, no crackheads walking around, and a very attentive and friendly owner. Great inventory of top tier tobacco and herb accoutrements, fully stocked on all PAX and Juul products, beautiful high end glass, and everything you could want for vaping. The guy behind the counter is incompetent. Went into the store to get vap juice and got one with nicotine after I had asked to be shown just the liquids with no nicotine. Got home and noticed it had nicotine (didn't open) Tried to return it and was told the store policies is no return or exchange. Asked to speak to the manager or the owner and was told he was the manager and the owner didn't want to be bothered with petty things. It's been a while since I've made any real purchase. I usually just come in for slides and things for my water pipes. I picked up a double perc tobacco oil rig for $80. Yes, $80. They blow all their own glass (or much of it) so they can get away with the low prices. Similar name brand rigs run for $300+. Incredible glass prices. I picked up that rig plus a dome and adjustable nail for $120 all together. I have no complaints. It's always a pleasure going in. Quality glass, Big Bang for your buck. read more

Terrible, I bought a roller (which was already overpriced) and asked 3 times if it was big enough for 1.25 size papers - the guy at the desk (who was on the phone the whole time) said yes so I bought it and a bulk package of papers only to find out that the papers I bought do not fit in the roller! Very friendly and very helpful. I went in to purchase a water pipe for my birthday, and he knew his brands very well. I bought a very nice and very expensive PURP water pipe, and one day later the bottom cracked. I went back in to see if he had any suggestions on how to fix it. We searched together and found that aquarium glue does the trick. read more
