Do not recommend. I used King Laundry to wash my comforter. Many of the machines in this laundromat were broken, so the laundromat employee directed me to use a particular washing machine. My comforter is now ruined due to a large bleach stain caused by leftover bleach from the previous patron's wash. When I told the employee what happened, she apologized but did not take any action to rectify the situation. read more

i will never bring my laundry to a laundry mat again after this experience I went to bring all my laundry to get it done before the new year and get it off my list and the prices they gave me were outstanding so I ended up just leaving one of my baskets there with my children's laundry which I didn't think would be a huge deal but when I went to pick it up they had it sitting in someone else's broken basket and my brand new laundry basket was nowhere to be found .... when I got home and put the laundry away it wasn't even put right side in and did not even smell clean. What is the point in paying so much money to get it done ?! i am so upset and the women there were so rude and unprofessional about not giving me my basket back...I will just never go back there again. they probabaly stole my basket because she was laughing at me when I asked for it back. i definitely DO NOT recommend. read more

I have been going here for years... the last time and again today I separated a couple sweaters and said please hang these up, they said ok. Last time and again today they did not hang then up, they put in the dryer and ruined them. I said what do I need to do next time to assure they get hung up, the woman behind the counter said, "probably go to a different laundromat". All I said was wow and walked out. They shrunk all my pants and I have nothing to wear now. When I spoke to them they said it was my fault and they couldn't do anything. I politely requested my money back as I have to buy new clothes now she said she can offer me a 10% discount when I come back. That's where I lost my shit and got angry. And they didn't clean them very well because there's still dirt on them and they smell funny. The old management was great I used to go there all the time.
