We are now in the first week in February and we have not received any updates on our order. I sent them another request, as we have a tournament over Presidents' Day weekend. I have experienced unprofessional handling of another paid order, and only after repeated complaints was a refund issued. Most recently, I requested new work, only to be told that their equipment is out of order and that they had no idea when defective equipment would be repaired, if at all. I feel that this is their new excuse for their questionable work product due to my previous complaints. Additionally, I requested they return my professional artwork.
