I have experienced unprofessional handling of another paid order, and only after repeated complaints was a refund issued. Most recently, I requested new work, only to be told that their equipment is out of order and that they had no idea when defective equipment would be repaired, if at all. I feel that this is their new excuse for their questionable work product due to my previous complaints. Additionally, I requested they return my professional artwork. As a long time customer and professional photographer since 1965, I can no longer recommend this company. At the end of long day, I took a chance and called Shawn at Instant Imprints 1 minute before closing and I'm SO THANKFUL I did. Shawn took the time to listen to my story, even though they were closed for the night. He called his design team to double check if my request was even possible. After some back and forth with questions and design checks, he took my project on! Because they knew it was a rush project and I was really anxious, he and his staff even provided me daily updates to put me at ease. They looked great, got to box them exactly how I imagined and those who got their gifts were really surprised and excited about not getting a regular schmegular plaque. I needed two shirts made for twin day at my daughter's school (1st grade) and had an idea. I…read morepurchased my own shirts at Target and went to the kiosk which opens at 11am, not 10am like Google says. The guy working was very friendly and there were no other customers. I showed him an image from my phone which was just words to be put on the shirts. It was pretty basic and simple. I asked the price ahead of time and he said $15/shirt but since I brought my own, it would be $12 per shirt. After taxes, it was $28 for both shirts. He created the template and had me view everything to ensure it was ok on the computer. He then measured out how it would look on the shirts to ensure I was satisfied with the location on the shirts. I viewed the sticker on the shirt prior to him pressing it. Everything was finished within 30 minutes and I left a happy customer.
